Let Cake Wallet sync which uses a remote node/daemon to confirm your balance in case you are still uncertain.

Tried to sync of whole the cake wallet , less than 10% will crash and start from scratch.
so, my problem is unsolvable?

You need to make sure the screen doesn't lock while syncing, it just one time takes a few hours:
Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Auto-Lock -> Never

In case you are not sure how many XMR you own and when you received those XMR, you need to let the Cake Wallet scan the whole blockchain.

I can't scan the whole wallet with the cake wallet. is too slow，impossible to complete.
