Yeeeaaahhhh you shiner, and if you use Windows your bitcoins are still safe from the NSA  Cheesy Wink Smiley

Its not about safety, if you want your coins to be safe, just use offline wallet, with paper backups. Its about crime, accountability and punishment. I don't think people looking for Monero coins are planning to buy cookies with it  Roll Eyes

People donate to this project because they believe privacy is important, and this importance will develop growth and therefore profit. It sounds like you've chosen to believe the main stream media rhetoric... and they said the same about bitcoin. In reality the majority of criminal activity uses US dollars. bitcoin and Monero are barely a blip on the radar.

The internet was not designed with privacy in mind, and there are some who have literally given up their lives to educate us on the importance of getting this privacy back. Obvious examples are Glenn Greenwald and Edward Snowden.

In the same way, bitcoin was not designed with privacy in mind. It's was great idea, but Monero adds the privacy that some of us feel is important.

LOL Monero - the reason for crime and cybercrime . But thanks for the unvoluntary Moneropraise. It appears you think that Monero from all the 132124 coins is the only one that actially encrypts and hides transactions. Thanks. I'm gonna invest more in it now.

I received Smoothie's bronze giveaway coin and is lovely. I havent funded it yet but working on it. Thank you very much Smoothie!

Other than that i really like what i see lately. Some setbacks in regards to third parties but overall everything progresses fine. I am thinking back 1 year ago and clearly we are already at another level of adoption.

Who would have thought that we have the 3rd highest volume Smiley and even surpassed the old "Silver" Litecoin http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/volume/monthly/

MoneroWorld update!

https://moneroworld.com/ now has a lot of new awesomeness. Mainly, i2p integration. You can now mine monero via i2p. There's also a new i2p block explorer at monerotools.i2p, which also has a transaction pusher - so you can push transactions over i2p. The clearnet version also has a transaction pusher.

It sounds like Jaxx CEO just wanted a whinge, mildly aimed at fluffypony because of his (justifiable) unwillingness to help a competitor of his MyMonero, and he chose to do it on Reddit. Reddit users then criticised him for doing so and everyone threw just a few toys out of their prams.

Regardless of who can best justify their position, it would benefit both sides greatly if we could all put aggro aside, bite tongues and compromise a bit. Having XMR on Jaxx would be great exposure for XMR and would be good for business for Jaxx - win/win.

Talking to each other is the key - typed messages, whether email or Reddit posts, are no substitute for face-to-face (or webcam-to-webcam) conversations. It worked in Northern Ireland  Tongue

More than impressed with fluffy's measured responses though.

There is information that the multiplatform wallet Jaxx will add Monero?

Initially yes ; but they finally renounced => https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/5dsqrf/jaxx_monero_integration_update_3/

That post doesn't state nor insinuate renouncement.

The CEO of Jaxx said in this post "We are re-evaluating our transparency and use of Reddit to communicate with the Monero community. The amount of venomous comments and lack of support in response to said comments are really disheartening and don't inspire us to continue working on the Monero integration".

Edit : it seems to be at least an insinuation ^^
