Couldn't you send your XMR to xmr.to, then then have xmr.to send the BTC to your choice of site?
For your earnings from the site (hopefully), send the BTC to a new Electrum wallet, then bisq for trading BTC to XMR (the electrum wallet is an optional step).

Betcoin allows direct monero deposits I'm pretty sure.

MoneroMoo found the bug in the LANG=locale setting. If you run LANG=C no porblem at all, if i run my local setting, then i get the error. Something small, but i think that will be corrected in the next release or you build the files by your own Grin
