Belgian based crypto-enthusiast
While nothing new for the hardcore users & enthusiasts around Monero, our team has written up a summary of the debate about the pending delisting from large exchanges such as Binance  Smiley

A delisting of Monero on Binance would confirm that it's not easy to deanonymize the transactions of XMR.
Because Binance is now in the hands of the higher tier, and to me it seems that they want to create a negative impact on Monero.

Monero is doing a great job in other words!  Cool

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it
Is it not sufficient protection for anonymity to do transactions: BTC1>XMR>BTC2? Why exactly?
I must do BTC1>XMR>XMR2>BTC2 (ChatGPT calls it churning) ?

I am aware that i can put some delay after XMR deposit and then wait some time and split XMR to BTC transaction into two random Txs.

I am thinking to use https://bisq.network/ to exchange my BTC to XMR and back to new BTC wallet (accessed using Electrum app that connects using built-in Tor proxy). Maybe in such case the BTC1>XMR>BTC2 scenario is enough anonymous, noob friendly explanation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Doesn't matter what you do your btc will be tracked, if you want anonymity then just use Monero.

Been a Bitcoiner for years, however recently the Monero community makes more sense to me, trying to sparks new thoughts in the community.

Postmortem of Monero CCS Hack: A Transaction Graph Analysis
On September 1st, 2023, an attacker swept the balance of the Monero CCS Wallet containing 2675.73 XMR in nine transactions, according to the incident disclosure.

Moonstone Research decided to investigate how the attacker moved these funds, and in doing so, we discovered some interesting results. Most notably, we were able to reliably trace forward through three of the attacker's transfers. This report shows the information that we have learned in the first 24 hours of our investigation. Our knowledge should improve over time.

Are you sure about this ? If i send XMR from one exchange to another, it cannot be traced?
How it is possible as monero also have a public blockchain, isn't ?

Please let me know this scenario regarding if XMR can be tracked ?

If a person A send 2 XMR to an Exchange and a person B also send 2 XMR to the same exchange address, can't they be verified on the XMR blockchain that they send both send how many XMR each to an exchange XMR addreess?

Also, if a person A send 2 XMR to a person B XMR wallet, can't the third party know to which address the person A is sending his XMR ?

Nope, the addresses are always hidden. As far as the exchange knows, Person A and Person B are the same.

Are you sure about this ? If i send XMR from one exchange to another, it cannot be traced?
