The more regulations by governments the more acceptance monero will get, I think. So I hold it on longterm.

Talking my book...

I have chosen .0203-.0206 as a supplemental entry point for a significant addition to my meager above water stash.

I reveal that here for posterity... for mockery or gloating...  hard to say which.

What a great day to be a Monero hodler! Lots of green fellas

Well what goes down can also go up. It was obvious that after so many days of price decrease we will see a growth again.

Interesting cryptoasset ranking and metrics site. Factors in emissions schedules and eventual supply and a bunch of filters.

The implied value of 2050? The power of guestimating seems powerful in this one. Pretty sure dash is long broken before 2050.

Yes, they could easily take Y2030.

Well it's now October and it looks like my prediction of 0.07-0.075 by the end of September was wayyy off course. Weird huh?

I guess it just shows that no-one can predict the markets ...

hate to tell it to you but no one can predict the markets.

Except Rangedriver.  His short term record is enviable. (Inside info, I assume.)

Well it's now October and it looks like my prediction of 0.07-0.075 by the end of September was wayyy off course. Weird huh?

I guess it just shows that no-one can predict the markets after all... and puts to bed the rumour of trading on inside info. (I really don't want to get investigated by the Feds for pulling numbers out of my ass.)

With that being said... I'm looking at Q1 2018 to be the most interesting for Monero. Read, bullish.

I've spent a lot of time doing some research and can now confirm that XMR will have at least 3.5% of BTC's marketcap by February 24th at just after 2pm PST.

You can take that to the bank. (I mean it this time.)

Can any dark net aficionados comment anecdotally on the use of Monero on some of the smaller marketplaces? Is a clear "public" dark net market leader emerging?

MacAfee in his recent interview said it is. HE explained that being on Darkmarkets is his job and that they are his home.
On my opinion Monero cant boom on Darkmarkets before multisig will get added.

I think Macafee is in the anti-biotics business so maybe he does have a large DM presence, afa mutli sig we should see a whitepaper from saure and shen very soon I think.

Validation perhaps?

I would love validation if it turns out I picked a good spot. Wink  But only time will tell that...

Honestly speaking, any person who is involve dark net and makes deal there will never ever make public announcements, especially not on such forums. It would be deadly deed. We all know this is never going to happen. Other than that, those guys are also here but we cannot identify them. No one can. Everything related to these people is a secret.
Back to Monero, this coin has a great potential.

The daily RSI is near oversold again. Tone Vays said XMR is not looking good just days before it exploded to the new ATH...
I like to acquire more XMRs but the problem with it is when it goes up it does it very fast and pretty strong.

No disrespect to the man but if you are gonna follow Tone Vays for trading advice you may as well throw darts at a board. Monero is a tough coin to trade but has rewarded long term holders no reason to expect that will not continue. I think it will take a few more days for the Snowden effect to dissipate. We may see price under 0.02 doubt it would decline past 0.016.

Thats no Snowden effect... look at the overall market... everything is in the same shitbucket Cheesy

The Bitcoin hard fork uncertainty is weighing on the market. I expect stormy waters until it resolves. Afterwards, I'm bullish.

1st) yes hodl, all else said is meh
2nd)  ofc, just look.  well I guess many aren't looking or are pretending not to   Cool
3rd)  yes like last fork but how many forks are in the near term, 1 or 2?

It's not optimism to follow the logic.  There is no comparable digital cash.

As usual you cut to the chase. Nothing to add.
