Well, if polo's monero wallet got goxxed they would freeze the market, not just disable the wallet, so no worries

LOL yeah certainly some of his coin choices seem pretty off (Cloak, Bytecoin? L-O-frikkin'-L) and one may certainly argue with the validity (or lack thereof) of the claimed 'data analysis' method... no question that this guy's style of 'woo woo' stuff is really far-out there.

Seems to me, that despite possible questionable underlying source/data he's pretty much got the basic idea right.
TL;DW crypto-currencies (all of 'em, in general) are going thru the roof now, not because of some speculative ponzi-like mad-rush-bubble attempt by people to cash-in on more dollars... but, rather because the global system of fiat debt-backed currency (that we know must eventually end in a giant crack-up... it's just the math behind it that makes it inevitable and ultimately unavoidable) is *finally* starting to hit that "eventual" failure.
And maybe it's *finally* starting to dawn on the average-Joe (not to mention maybe the 1% crowd) that this is really happening...
I watched from the linked time until the end. Yes, the word is getting out there but this is not a market for n00bs right now, there is too much profit taking going on. I personally am trying to accumulate some but with no funds I am just using my sig campaign payouts so it's slow going. My real life stuff cost me quite a bit as it always coincided with having to sell before the spikes. Lol, story of my life.

Note that this thread was created whilst XMR withdrawals were disabled at Poloniex. Thus, most likely it was a withdrawal from another exchange. Although, it could be that he withdrew before Poloniex froze XMR deposits/withdrawals. Lastly, it's rather difficult to verify such claims.

There is ALWAYS a rather large group here at any moment that is accumulating Monero. And right now, these prices look like a bargain so, we'll set our bids somewhere below the current price and wait for others to dump into them. It seems to work most of the time.
Edit: I know I've picked up a few hundred more over the last day or so.

And I did, substantially increasing my monero stocks - although it took more than a single evening to reach my buy point, and I quickly recycled those gains into fresh powder, for the coming lows. I have some hope to catch the last few knives of the season again tonight...
Well I am all in again, so I could not care less what the price does until the next ATH. Prices in the 016s seem unlikely to come again, ever. I could not leave anything unmopped on the floor, so long as I could wring out another drop.
Sometimes you are in sync with the market and sometimes you aren't. Lately I have been fortunate in this regard. I found the inability to withdraw xmr from poloniex to be a great opportunity, while it lasted. It still persists but I think the resulting lows are already in. Scenarios are roughly 10x overweighted to the upside from here. Enough x's so that I gave up counting, at least.
When the window finally opens, these are the next coins going into long-term cold storage. Ka-freakkin-ching.
Obviously they are rescanning the chain with new software. Given the number of xns which are directly relevant to their accounts, and the amount of cross-checking and validation they have to do, I would be surprised if they finished by Monday.
I'm more or less in the same boat. I rage dumped everything after Fluffygate at .0179. I basically went all in again over the last few days during the brief dips into the .016s.

I've been buying what little I could on the downward trek and used that to put a long in this morning so I obviously expect a breakout soon. I thought today but it got suppressed and looks like there is accumulation going on with the whales. Which of course is a bullish sign. But I'm not giving buying advice, I only do that when I'm 99% sure and even though I am long right now I will not be surprised if it's a prop up and dump going on. This market gets harder and harder to figure out.
