Manipulation really takes place over XRP as it is controlled coin. Hypes may occurs last year which making XRP surpasses ETH for few more months but turn it back again. It for sure, a lot of people where investing this coin during that hypes and I don't know if they are having regrets right now seeing a huge declines right now.

He said it is Worst-Performing Major Crypto so do not count any crypto that is not in top of the coinmarketcap. In some case I agree with OP that XRP are perfroming worst among other major crypto, the price keep dipping. However, we can exclude the fact that it is still can compete with other major cryptos in term of market cap, even in some occasion XRP is take over Ethereum 2nd position.

It's a cryptocurrency for no doubt an that's why it's accepted on coinmarketcap and many exchanges. But, some people say it's a centralized coin which played by some big people who are obviously bankers. That's why I agree that this coin is not a good coin to invest, hold or even support.

I agree, xrp is one of the centralised crypto that appear in decentralised world, its backed up by thr banking, so it kind of destroy crypto features, and I think the potential of this coin is not too good, many people don't like this coin because its centralised, but like it or not this coin got a big transaction volume, it has been on top 3 for a long time and the sliding down price can't make the position shifted

Perhaps its because many new promising project and many XRP holder trying to convert their investment in new project. Or maybe XRP investor afraid on JP Morgan plan to launch their own coin for banking system and its competitors for XRP

I think this is just a game from the XRP side who wants to manipulate prices so that many people are interested and will raise the price of XRP in exchange but I'm sure after that it will definitely fall again.

Yes, i have also XRP since at the end of 2018 but waiting for price growth but not growing well but hope it will be grow in 2019 and will perform after major changes .

The problem with ripple is that they are trying to use the money they have to buy the heart of people which is just not so especially in the Crypto world, you have to earn that trust by delivering a good project, I have never been a fan of ripple right from time and not never be one even in the future because I don't really see it as a Crypto but a centralized coin owned by the banks we are fighting against.

The poster should really take good look at other coins, thousands of them before concluding XRP is the worst. I think and will take his words as just assumptions. XRP is a good project and mere dip doesn't mean it's the worst.

There are thousands of altcoins that are performing worse than ripple, xrp is performing better than many altcoins out here,and I don't see any reason why you said such about xrp, ripple is among the best altcoins too and if you are talking about not appreciating enough from the bitcoin growth since last month or you are comparing to tokens like bnb them you have no idea how bull run works. I can coins like xrp sleeping dragons cos there times will surely come

XRP is a money transfer based and banking related crypto. Many people in this forum (including me) don't like XRP. It is very much centralised project and it is backed by banks. So in somewhere the price of the coin is controlled by some centralised force. But in other hand. If you see it as just a project it is one of the best working and developing project in this ecosystem. But the problem of centralisation is pulling down the whole project. At a point they really performed well but now it's not working properly. Let's hope and wait for long term conditions may it show some good profit.

Coin of course has its weaknesses but there are advantages.. But in principle, the project is interesting for those who want to make a profitable investment, and for those who seek opportunities to earn money. I think Ripple will still take 3rd place on the Coinmarketcap.

I fully agree with this. Ripple shows himself very badly this year. I hope that this trend will change soon and Ripple will start growing again. I think that now is a good time for this.
