Infairness to Ripple doing a deposit and withdrawal transactions with them is really fast if you compare it to Ethereum and Bitcoin.
Ripple has a lot of bashers but it also has a big community of supporters so i guess XRP is some  of the strongest coins out there

That is probably because a lot of people believe in XRP and Ripple platform. The bashers will bash, all crypto have their sets of bashers but all crypto have their teams of supporters too  Grin

The transaction speed of XRP is excellent, the fee to pay is tiny for even for large transactions.

But seriously, the amount of fake accounts made only to spread FUD over XRP is amazing!
This newbie account "Angrydwarfs" for example, he's not posting in any thread other than XRP and only to spread FUD.

I have many people who post here in my ignore list.
However I guess it can be a single user who is holding enormous amounts of BTC and he's going through the trouble of making multiple BTCT accounts only for the purpose of bashing the competition.

current XRP price developments are quite impressive. the reason, the price of XRP rose quite high in less than 1 week. from the price of $ 0.24 to $ 0.3, it is a pretty good achievement. because this happened, I became more optimistic about the development of the XRP price that will occur, besides, at this time, there is so much information that supports the increase in XRP, and started to make a pretty high speculation. Personally, I feel that XRP might be close to the price of $ 1 at the end of the year, but it can happen when the price of XRP continues to recover.

Most (but not all) of recent price movement is based on this video:

You sure? This alt pump happened is market wide at the same time. This is just whales trying to get more btc pre bakkt. The dump will undo any gains.

I am currently in a position for XRPBTC at 0.00002500 and hopefully this trade will actually work out. I can't remember how many of these XRP trades I took this year to be losers. Not all of them were losers but they were in profit and then became break-even and eventually into a loss and stop-loss hit.

This year XRP and most alts were very difficult to trade unless you were short. However most of the XRP short entries never triggered and most of my long entries triggered however those were into huge losses.

Wonder how much of an impact with all the additional supply has caused prices to surpress. They really need to unlock these coins in a bull market instead and not in a bear market when there are no buyers left.

Well, it's going in circles so I'm expecting a pump of at least the same caliber as the nose-dive the alts experienced in the last months.
Also, they don't sell their XRP shares in the open market as far as I know but in B2B deals, I just hope those deals include a rule about not selling the coins for a set amount of months.

Another day, another big unlock:

Ripple Unlocks 1 Billion XRP As Crypto Trader Moves 40,000 Bitcoin (BTC) in a Single Transfer

https://dailyhodl.com/2019/05/01/ripple-unlocks-1-billion-xrp-as-crypto-trader-moves-40000-bitcoin-btc-in-a-single-transfer/

Those are mind-boggling numbers. The information in the link gives plenty of information.

It cost less than $4 to transfer 40,000 BTC worth nearly $400 million?

But it also costs $4 to move 1 cent if using BTC

If Coinbase confirms rumors, I expect my sell order at $8 to be filled soon after

$8 would a good price. Its just not possible when there are several coins out there that has nothing to fud about. The prices of the good coins today are just making a big leap unlike this XRP, those people doesn't even care if its centralize or not so long as it gets them profit. But this XRP discourages all. Its centralized and not bringing money to them.

I don't understand what you're talking about...I first bought at 6 cents and sold between $2.5 and $3 ...it brought me a lot of money, and
I bet it will do again

A quick search of the term “Ripple Decentralized” on Twitter reveals hordes of accounts claiming that “The Standard” is decentralized in nature. Many are even ganging up in an attempt to prove their point.

hold ripple and u'll be glad u did when that time comes

What do you think can bring ripple back on track? I'm invested for 2 years now and thinking more and more to sell all xrp... price is going down slow, coins get dumped on investors again and again.  Roll Eyes
This should be really obvious,  xrp needs widespread usage but there isnt a demand for it.

Moneygram is not as huge as bitcoins usecase and 'widespread usage'  hajahahahahahahaha imagine being this dumb
