I've never been much of a fan of Ripple when compared to BTC. But given it's making inroads with the traditional banking system, maybe it'll make it easier for even more people to buy other cryptos? From that perspective, I can get behind it.

Is there anybody thinks that real value is $0.42? I tried to convince myself to invest in XRP many times. But it is really very very expensive. And whenever the price is enough for some whales or whenever a bad news come price will go down very fast really.

So you will use stop loss. Look on chart and you will see entry is many many whales, not a few one's as BTC does. (right now its not 0.4$)

Hi Rippler's.

We are on the way for 0.4$ this morning, if it could consolidate then see the 0.5$

Thanks guys, you ripplers are so sweet.  Grin

Ive made it clear I have no issues with Ripple and love the protocol but only asked for some news on XRP. I wish anyone that invests in anything nothing but success. XRP's test will be with the next Bitcoin rally, most coins shake when that happens and so has XRP in the past.

It will determine if its just BTC people fattening their collection to put back on BTC or are true XRP believers. If its not that then its all good for the ripplers  Cool .....otherwise the price will dip, best case move sideways until something happens there again.

Awesome work and thanks for your explanation about the Ripple PROTOCOL. Now can you explain why XRP should be in such high demand besides riding the coat tails of the protocol? This is what people want to know. They are afraid the pump is a bubble that is going to burst, reassure them that buying in now is safe by explaining the value hike in XRP..

Remember these are newcomers, not long term holders, so they want to be assured this bubble is not going to pop. What goes up, must come.....

Can anyone explain why ripple is different and more valuable than bitcoin?
Ripple is faster
Ripple fee is much lower
Ripple governance has their shit together
Ripple has much more acceptance with the banks and soon with BTC people like you.. he he
 Wink

How is it faster? There is no confirmations?

Fee is lower because of all the chaos in bitcoin protocol now but that will be fixed within time.

Ripple governance is better because it's centralized.

From what I understand ripple doesn't have a decentralized ledger which an economic system can be built upon.

And also ripple hasn't even mined half of the total supply yet. To me it seems like ripple is being irrationally being pumped like crazy right now.

Could you tell me why banks have more acceptance for ripple than BTC?

if someone wanted acceptance with the banks he would directly go for the banks, with no middleman

Banks take several business days to move money across internationally.

Ripple does the same thing 60,000 times per second.

See the difference? Going straight to the bank will take days. Using Ripple will be done several thousand times per second for the exact same thing.

Ripple isn't mined lol

Have you even tried reading about Ripple first before posting? That should be a new rule.

Ripple just announced a lockup of half the supply.

Ripple can transfer Bitcoin to US Dollars or bitcoin to bitcoin up 60,000 times per second.

It's funny, years ago people criticized Ripple being centralized and gave hands away from it, then we had marketcap 200M USD for ages and almost no-one invested in it and now when it's over 10B USD, everyone is buying like crazy to have some Ripples. Is there any wisdom around or people are just buying and selling in panic?

It's the herd mentality and the fear of missing out on good trades.  Sometimes you think that you know better and won't fall for the same tricks and market manipulation tactics the whales use, but in reality it's either you follow and make a little bit of profit if you're wise or reject it altogether but miss out on that opportunity.

You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.  Grin

I thought we normally see a massive drop if it was a DDOS. Interesting though as BTC hasn't changed on Bitstamp, still around 1700. Although ive noticed that Polo seems to have it around 70c more than bitstamps price.
