Well, Ripple seems to be doing fine, but only few actually use XRP itself. However, as the article sates, it's true that those collaborations are "expanding the potential reach of XRP even more".
A few regulations to protect investors, a higher decentralisation for a more stable price (in the crypto-space in general) and XRP will be in an advantageous spot, with clients already using their software.

Good news are floating everywhere but the price of XRP still didn't rise up. It has all the volume it needs to go up but it ain't moving up. People are tirelessly promoting this on facebook, they are all in my feed but despite it nothing seem to have been working yet.

I am a fan of XRP and always believe that it will have another pump this year. This might be the last time so make sure not to miss it. Although it is not highly recommended for day to day trade, it is one of the best coin to hold for long term.Instead of waiting, I highly recommend to buy some XRP while it hasn't pumped up yet. A lot of people are full of regret because they miss the last opportunity of sudden price increase. :-)
