XRP and Ripple are not connected apparently.

Totally different things.

XRP is a cat.

Ripple is a dog.

Sarcasm.. if the potus would arrange to completely shut down trading of btc in the us cause its hashrate is corrupted by a bunch of chinese miners, who all benefit of subsidized el. power, wouldn‘t that be ironic? Hence wouldn‘t china be one of the biggest beneficiaries, as soon as the SEC grants ETF‘s on BTC? Nice money machine they have set up..

Bitcoin is a cat
Potus is a dog

A bit uncanny your username, isn‘t it?

When sarcasm could become reality..

Contrarians No Longer

Location of Blog:  https://xrpcommunity.blog/contrarians-no-longer/

We can no longer consider XRP a contrarian choice for investment.

In today's blog, I explain how XRP is now probably considered a fairly mainstream choice for cryptocurrencies, and how different world organizations have recognized the trends in DLT that make investment in - and usage of - digital assets more mainstream.

I also cover the latest news affecting the XRP ecosystem.

This includes an analysis of crypto-assets by the G20's Financial Stability Board and a resolution adopted by the European Parliament.

SIBOS, SWIFT's annual conference is coming up on October 22nd, and I describe what to expect for Ripple.

News about Ripple also involved a video of Ethan Beard describing how Xpring promises to invest in new use cases for XRP.

The news from the XRP Community includes an exciting analysis of social media and Internet search trends, as well as a tweet from WietseWind to Elon Musk.

All that and more!   Cool

I hope you enjoy the read & please leave any feedback below.

Thank you & sincerely,

- Hodor

We believe there will not be much growth next year in XRP.

Look at the forecast here:

If last month decision to buy XRP was a great choice, in almost two weeks the price of ripple continuously increased and some times the market capitalization of XRP was higher than ETH. This is a sign that XRP is quite potential.
Now they are falling back, the XRP value is falling like crazy, so I think this coin can not be sustainable, if you hold them, you should hold for a long time. New earn high profit from XRP.

the Riyal rate turned upwards and increased by about 3%. I think that very soon the course will return to the area of 60-70 cents

This coin is the best today, but in my opinion, in the distant future holding the ripple is one of the best options for us. So I think if holding XRP is one of the best options
definitely best time to buy XRP, ETH,BTC & other hidden GEM at cheap price.
Very soon crypto will reach the sky and ripple right now at very low price so holding and buying is the best option right now. Smiley

XRP: What We Don't Know

Blog Location:  https://xrpcommunity.blog/what-we-dont-know/

Lots to discuss in today's blog covering the latest XRP News - along with some intriguing possibilities:

  • For 𝗥𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲, Money Tap goes live, iRemit signs on to RippleNet, and Blockchain Week in San Francisco gets started.
  • For 𝗖𝗼𝗶𝗹, version 2 of ILP is released, and Coil publishes their new official 'partner list' for those that are curious.
  • For 𝗫𝗥𝗣, ForEx platforms are all rushing to be the first to add XRP derivatives, and a new wallet application adds support for XRP as one of its first endeavors.

I hope you enjoy the read!

Sincerely,

Basically I think people have to care about project adoption news and regulatory updates first. Some kind of pumping is not important in long term perspective.
I saw news about XRP and Japanese banks cooperation. Guess it is much more important thing ))

Its likely to happen in my opinion. Whoever decides which digital currency would be official I think will have to look at the background of each curreny and if they find out Bill Clinton had once promoted this XRP, I guess the trust belongs to it. The appearance of Bill Clinton to the conference is disappointing by the way/. Looks like he gets paid way too high to speak too little about cryptocurrencies.

I thought FIFA Wold Cup is the biggest sporting event?

It's like near to impossible making XRP an official currency in 2020 Olympics but if it suddenly happens then it probably makes XRP worth a trillion in capitalization.

I wouldn't know, I only watch e-sports tbh! Cheesy
I just though Olympics are widely accepted as the biggest event.

Petition to make XRP the official currency at the 2020 Olympic Games... yeah... a bit far fetched!

https://www.leaprate.com/cryptocurrency/digital-currency/this-cryptocurrency-can-be-the-official-currency-at-the-2020-olympic-games/

It would make sense for the reasons provided in the above article to have an official cryptocoin for purchases on every shop around the area, this would make things easier for everyone... for some tourists who own the coin they would skip the lines to exchange their money to Yen (probably in a bad rate) and people who would use fiat would at least wait in shorter lines.

But I think exchange of $, € and other fiat to Yen is something that would benefit Japan. Not sure if it makes any difference to their economy, but if it does then they wouldn't support any cryptocurrency.

Maybe not as far-fetched as it would seem. Sports seem to be getting on the crypto bandwagon as quick as they can, and because most of them don't really understand the difference between a true crypto project and a centralized entity like Ripple, they will actually think it's a good partnership to be associated with a big token that has many banking partnerships.

Will that make XRP rise in price? Probably not.

"Will the promotion from the biggest, worldwide sports event add credibility to Ripple and will the demand from tourists who prefer to pay less fees increase the XRP's price? Probably not"

Are you serious?!?!
And I'll pretend I didn't notice the comment about a true crypto project... who decides the rules a project must follow to be considered true?

This will only mean ripple is making its presence anywhere in the world, not just bitcoin or ethereum but it is xrp which is making waves despite a bear market. I admit I am not a ripple supporter but I have huge investment so I hope and expect to get better returns.
