What makes xsi a good coin compared to the other 300+ coins? Its a serious question and yes, I own xsi. I want to see this coin grow just like the rest of us. And where is this "great community" of xsi? How do we get involved with this community? Or is it only this forum? How about a facebook group? Honest questions.

Has Mintpal answered why XSI votes were removed? I've slowly been moving my coins off Mintpal over the last few weeks. I will continue to move to Bittrex.

I personally contacted Mintpal today to alert them that we were moving up very rapidly all of a sudden.  That was not the case until today, and we have over 250 pages of votes for our Mintpal promotion + all the votes from our community.  They said they would run their program to identify an accurate vote total.  Initially that gave us 7.000 votes.  I check about 20 minutes later and there were suddenly only 5,000 votes.  Not sure why it went down another 2,000 votes after the fact, nor do I think 5,000 or 7,000 votes is remotely accurate.

We have paid over 25,000 XSI in votes for our Mintpal promotions, and I sent them the link to those promotions, and offered them our spreadsheet to verify the information.  They were not interested in my explanation.  I brought the issue to their attention, because I was trying to do the right thing.  I expected they would at least engage in a conversation regarding the matter.  A few short responses 10-15 minutes apart was all I received.

Getting listed on their exchange was only 1 piece of a large puzzle.  I have said that repeatedly.  We have a solid coin, and great community.  I will have details on a new promotion, and the new features we are working on shortly.  Lets move on to bigger things  Grin

I am even more determined than ever to get StabilityShares to our rightful place.

Getting listed on Bter would be a huge boost for our coin, and is very attainable.  They have stricter guidelines for being added, which I believe will benefit us.

Please show your support and vote on the Bter exchange https://bter.com/voting

If the rest of the crypto community saw the value of XSI as we do, there is no need for MP, it can be a graveyard any way.
There are enough exchanges out there and once the true value of XSI is shown MP will just add it.

Beautifully stated.

There is no stopping XSI. Just detours on the way up.

Mintpal is greedy exchange, just want BTC so who buy votes from them they give chance to them first.

Mintpal adds any high volume coin. If there's enough volume on bittrex, mit will insta-add it.

Do you think maybe someone did it on purpose ?, especially after last time they had to know the results.

Someone just bought 33K at 1480 sat.

Like I said just a small detour  Grin

Just a quick number to show how small this detour is.

Right now it would take about 3 BTC to take us back to the level we have had for weeks. Someone freaked out when the votes dropped but for those of us who have been watching StabilityShares since the beginning we know this is no big deal.

Onward.

Oh, and hats off to the giant idiot using a voting bot again.

I dont know. One thing I have learned that in crypto everything is possible. I have no idea how much effort or costs a voting bot. If its cheap enough it would look like a possibility for market manipulation, which would make the mintpal voting system even worse.

I guess cryptos is the new wild west, just without the shooting, so we have to live with it.

We spent thousands of XSI on our Mintpal voting promotions.  I sent MP links to the promotions, and offered the spreadsheet that we keep track of the votes in.  They weren't interested.

XSI has a strong community, and our voting position on one exchange has nothing to do with the quality of our coin.

Our efforts are on development right now.  There will be an update very soon on the features we are working on.

This is the kind of comment I like to see from a dev.
If it's a good coin, exchanges will add it. It's just a matter of time....
With a solid team focused on developing a unique coin, high demand comes eventually, then all exchanges run to insta-add it to catch the trading volume.

Votes alone does nothing.
Good to see you keep your energies on development.  Smiley

bct was moved down too. I have no problem with them removing votes when it turns out to be bots. It is a problem that it takes them weeks to realise and all of a sudden several coins loose 50% or more of their votes. If mintpal is not able to find bots at an earlier stage, they should change the voting system. There is too much money right now to be made or lost depending on the voting system for it to be that unreliable.

Oh, and hats off to the giant idiot using a voting bot again.

minpal felt too strong in the world altcoin, it seems that only treat the vote as an additional earnings. Coins were only recently added due to the high volume of turnover. XSI is a poor return for them, sad but true :/

It's just rudeness!

Mintpal does whatever they want to. I'm pretty sure they use inside programs to trade too.

Its just a setback. Mintpal isn't the end all solution to get XSI to the level it deserves. Its just one exchange ran by people who do whatever they feel like.
