Well here is me thinking this could have been a good coin to invest in. What has happened to the project? Could the community not bring this coin back to life? If the dev doesn't want the project anymore I'd be willing to take it off there hands!

Hi,

just trying to build on debian and get this error:

:~/src/Extractcoin$ ./autogen.sh
aclocal: couldn't open directory 'build-aux/m4': No such file or directory
autoreconf: aclocal failed with exit status: 1

Not sure why this error, but the files are there...

no one else had this issue?

anyone?

No one?

Source looks interesting, I'll give it a shot on Win and Unix tomorrow. If I find anything I'll let you know.

I'm running on debian wheezy and someone else I know on a newer ubuntu got it to compile. but not sure why I can't. I don't have this problem with any other coin I've compiled....

Any luck?

I feel your pain this is horrible i brought in at 600 lol! I never sold when i should and now i have to add this black mark to a otherwise pretty healthy altcoin trading history, even if the dev returns nothing is going to happen to this coin it is gonna's :/ Hope we don't have to many victims who held from a high price like me...
The sad thing I've noticed lately is a lot of coins being launched with lower block rewards and a longer POW phase and I'm starting to think that it's people who rent out mining rigs because they don't dump the premine and they just abandon the coin so I've been very leery lately about coins that offer smaller block reward and longer POW phases since the fall of this coin Sad Which really bothered me because it could've been a pretty decent coin I believed Sad

Dead coin now  Huh
Unfortunately it seems that way which is too bad because it could've been a good coin I think Sad

Yes i agree could have been a good coin but i ended up losing half the value of my position because the lack of communication from the dev caused panic to the market. 2 and a half weeks and still a no show is not great  Undecided

So still no word from the Dev or team behind this coin? It wouldn't be a bad idea to let the people know what is going on with this coin lol If you are mining your own coin or buying up as much of it as you can while it is cheap that's cool just let the people know so that we can at least have some sort of idea what is going on with this project Smiley Cheers

+1

I think coins are cheap enough at this point... a little activity could go a long way and would be much appreciated by all in this thread.

That's what I'm saying that the coin got listed on Bittrex which had to have cost some BTC to get it there and the premine was very small not enough to recover the BTC that it would've cost to list it on Bittrex so why would the Dev just up and abandon this project? I think that they are waiting for people to declare it dead then "poof" they will reappear with updates and shit to make people rush out to purchase while it's still cheap and then we will see some action for this coin.  If I am right about what is going on with this coin I would say that easily 5k a coin will be reached if that is what is going on here Smiley

Being listed on Bittrex doesn't cost anything for most coins. They do offer listing for a fee, but the majority of coins are added simply due to demand.

Do note that price action on this coin may behave differently from others, as well, because it's merged mineable.. which means you can get it "free", by mining any scrypt coin on a pool that supports merged mining for XTR. (Like on ipoMiner!)
Hmmm well that definitely opened my eyes a bit there lol I didn't realize that getting listed on Bittrex quickly was sometimes free and because of demand lol My mistake well then I guess that maybe the Dev and team could've abandoned this coin which I really hope that they didn't because it is a pretty sick name for a coin and I mean if some work was put into it there is no reason it couldn't be worth a few thousand sats Smiley
