its happening all too much lately, it seems to be the way to go, people are launching coins then abandoning them with a few hundred dollar market cap, and i cant figure out why, or what benefit they get from it.
it takes time and money to make a coin/website/design.
they must be launching 10 coins at once, then sticking with the one which gets the most attention, then talking it up till it gets a high market cap and then dumping premine.

Do you know this for sure? Because why would he just abandon it for that petty premine which couldn't have been dumped for anymore than maybe 1 BTC worth lol so why would he just up and abandon the coin? I mean just to get it launched on Bittrex they would've had to pay a couple BTC to get it launched so quickly on the site so where would they have made any money? I just don't see why they would up and abandon the coin?

Premine = 0.42% of max (12M) = 50,400 XTR
blocks 1-25200 = 50 * 25200 = 1,260,000 XTR
currently on block 32443 = (32443 - 25200) * 25 = 181,075 XTR
Total XTR = 1,491,475
Looks about right to me... so few coins in circulation, block rewards halving, and currently selling for sub 1k sat.
Crossing my fingers for some solid news from the dev team.

just had a chat with the dev, some beautiful news coming our way for extractcoin. think monero anonimity combined with regular btc chain.

I agree, the market cap is so low for this coin atm (only $2-3k). Some good news could go a long way with the very limited supply of XTR available.

So is there any news about ExtractCoin going on? I've noticed a couple peeps tweeting about it so was wondering if anyone is looking at maybe a price increase coming up soon?
