Successful Development Milestone

Prior to the hard-fork, several investors suggested that development should focus into entering into the `Defi` space providing the project a way in reaching a larger pool of investors.


We have achieved a milestone in developing a system to allow us in becoming a Currency Backed Token

We now have the capability to wrap Xuez (wXuez) into the Ethereum network providing us with the ability to enter the DEFI sector.

2020 has been somewhat of an "interesting" year from the geo-political decisions into the instabilities and major issues we have surpassed.

Evaluating on major issues globally, we would like to present 3 key major issues and solutions for 2021 as the projects near-term aims and objective.

1 - Increasing wealth disparity;
Software based companies require fewer people and supplies to build wealth. As a result, only a small subset of workers can benefit from the best jobs in the most powerful companies.

2 - Pervasive nature of technology;
Information will be in the hands of either very few, very large organizations or governments and be used for purposes not in our best interest.

3 - Declining confidence in the institutions that underpin society;

The challenge is to be able to change rapidly without inciting insecurity in society they are designed to secure, and without damaging the essential oversight that makes them stable forces in the world.

"Host a node, Get a node for free” scheme

To support these issues, we believe that the leveraging a scheme by providing free master node keys to the public will allow us to;

A - Increase long term network stability and prevent high inflation. We believe that major issue occurred due to the imbalance of stakers over masternode ratio,

B - Increase wealth distribution, decentralization and provide a public utility,

C - Increase privacy through open and unknown transactions by leveraging a Masternode as a public utility,

We believe that having a free long-term node provided by the project will offer an extra option to borrow a public node, no matter the market price.

Aims and Objective: To create a Script to allow users to install a single or Multi-node masternode script.

Specification
 - Script procedure:
    - Ask user for single or Multiple node installation
    - Ask user to customise installation or default
        - If default is chosen then install single / "X" multi-masternode with bootstrap download
        - If customise is chosen, present all stages of installation from
            - Installation Director
            - Install with Tor
            - Download most up to date bootstrap
    - Generate Masternode Private key from the VPS
    - Ask user for Masternode information to ensure that the configuration files are set correctly
    - Output all the masternode information for the user to Copy and Paste into their local wallet

On the 8th of April we opened the issue of finding ways to improve the current **Xuez Incentive plan** not just for the benefit of the team but for everyone

"Aims and objectives: To create an eco-system where by everyone is rewarded and incentivised"
                        

Firstly, Here are the specific action items which we aim to incentivize with this plan:

[2] - Community Engagement - Reward though Discord engagement and more.
[3] - Any work made for the project must be rewarded.
