Few times in the past when new wallets were released I had the problem with wallet on win64 with crash on first start.
On second start everything was fine. It could be issue with AV software but I wasnt paing to much attention because on second start everything was fine.

This is, because wallet is still running in the background.
When you click on Show hidden icons - right bottom in windows, you will see Vcash icon there.
If you want to close wallet, just right click on that icon and select exit.
Then you can start Vcash again.
Edit: Or left click on that icon and GUI of wallet will appear.
I assume, that you closed GUI of wallet with X-close command, but this will not exit wallet, only graphical interface.

Yes it is and the coin sent is immediately respendable. That means the coin received via ZT tx is truly yours.

However Vcash is on a whole another level. Over the past year John introduced Chainblender (big deal) along with significant/major improvements on security, scalability, and performance. All of it, new code. This doesn't even include the amount of new code/work half a year prior which included the ZeroTime release and core updates (which is also huge deal). For an internet currency XVC is the best in it's class. Vcash has phenomenal technology under the hood compared to its predecessors before it.
