Oh wow, finally wraith is released. Now, it makes verge the most advance coin on the crypto world. Let's hope infrastructure comes next. If it does happen. It could become the next bitcoin. Great work Verge.
Not to knock the value of this coin or anything, but if you are wondering why it shot up so fast, I think it may have something to do with John Mcaffe mentioning it as a coin that cannot lose. Not long after he said that it shot up.

just finding out more and more about VERGE and certainly feel had missed out on a good coin for some many days. not any more! kudos and here's to more great things in 2018..

Can't believe I will make huge profit in very short term of period sold all my coins but my orders are ready for upcoming dip. I think it will be much in next year so that I will keep my initial amount and try to move on with my profit.

Yes you can. I started with dogecoindark, and there was never a swap. I don't think I've ever reloaded the block chain either.

congratulations to all hodlers, sadly i sold my xvg last month 
The sudden increase in price is due to John McAfee's tweet followed by interview, as well as the upcoming Wraith Protocol. I have not jumped onto the Verge train though. Feel like doing it now... Any veteran can offer me an advice? To jump on board now or to wait for a day or two, just in case the price further dips? Thanking you in advance!

It should, if people will not panic, which they should not, cause most of us have been waiting for this 6 month... verge should follow in normal case the yellow line and where it crosses the orange one, follow the orange one... my opinion. But anyway i am holding much londer, for sure next 6 month.

There is no pump and dump .XVG been going UP and UP for weeks now . 50 % a day on average .yeppi
just buy on dips and HODL .

The price is falling rapidly
Yes, of course, it will, it was pumped up in just a couple of days. It will come back down even faster than it went up. XVG needs natural long-term growth. Hopefully, wraith will help with that. When you see a coin suddenly moon like that, it is almost certain that it will be a short pump. This time the cause was a tweet from someone well known. It is never a great idea to buy in during this time unless you are a day trader.
Not to say that the pump is over yet, could be more left in it.
As i have drawn the lines into the graph, if there is not an major country which will wake up to trade now, the pump is over and people start placing sell orders. Also daytraders are out, since aditional pumping would be epic, risk for daytrading is high now. But, as wraith is expected, the most will not sell the coin now, and who paid 350sats or 0,06+$ will not sell, this is for sure. One more pump and verge would be after that stable at 320sats, if not, it will balance at 288. We should not forget that workingdays are usually BTC/LTC and other big-fish coins growing, this will shrink verge maybe more down.
But, the whole market right now seems to be little silent, it could continue in a few hours. Evening in europe and price is still nice to buy in for longterm holders.
Nothing in crypto is impossible and XVG could go crazy, like it has shown in last few days and forward straight on...
