Unfortunately, the point of encryption is to not be decryptable. It is possible to write a program to brute force it but you have to have a least a  pretty good idea of what the passphrase was.

I've unlocked a wallet before that I lost the password to this way.

Maybe this was a reason.. but now the price is stable since few days. So I don't think this is the real reason, maybe some people lost their interest in this coin.

By the way, XVG now is really cheap! I'm buying again, dev got my trust!
same here xvg very cheap and all l do is buying more(target 100m) l could wait few years don t mind l m still young(late 40s)
