$XVG @vergecurrency is once again under attack, someone is 51%'ing the chain and invalidating all legit blocks.
All pools and miners suffer from this, the attacker is getting all blocks currently.

It is something like regularly maintenance on Bittrex exchange.

Indy Founders LLC a small company no-one ever heard from.... had that lawsuite agains Vox media (a big company)

They are the company who is already registrated the Vere symbol as a trademark and name back in 2011 and started this project in 2012 already.

So "Verge" is a trademark and if they even suit Vox media, for using "Verge" in there website...... why didn't they ever suite "Vergecurrency.com"?

And also that we just say "Verge" also in the advertisments "Verge" which is a trademark and NO LAWSUITE agains Mindgeek or ....... whatever,

I dont know if the devs get a provision (like you do not know too...),or if anyone made a deal with a gaming platform and gets some provision for that. But if it is like that, where is the problem? Mindgeek is an legal company and for the exclusive rights, they had to make an agreement with an other legal company: https://craft.co/verge

The money involved is maybe from the side of XVG 1 mln. for promotion activities, like the one in New York, whereby cars where rented and girls hired.... so VAT is involved, course nothing is free in this world and most of the time, VAT is involved in transactions between 2 companies.

One pays VAT and the other one aply's it back. That's the VAT question.

An other question is...... course there must be an company involved with the rights to make an agreement like this for the Verge currency, is..... How will they account there income, to pay the costs involved in this partnership for long term ?

Mindgeek must keep also an administration, even if it is in Liechtenstein. Tokenpay has a company in Swiss, but has nothing to do with Verge..... or are they ?

So Tpay sponsort Verge for 2 mln. USD which they received from there ICO .... very strange that a commercial company who didn't achieved anything yet and only had 30mln. from there ICO, can spent 2 mln. on a sponsorship.

But let's say they sponsored XVG to achieve there deal, as the porncoin of the world. How can Tpay account that, to there investers, course nowhere in there WP was written, that they would use the income to sponsor..........

a private person can't make a deal like this with an Int. company, course otherwise Justin is accountable for all business-risks as a private person. So that's why there is a limited involved, to protect the CEO.

Crypto-currencies are is a paymentmethode and Tpay is fraud, like Bitconnect version 2. They sold under the table 6000 - 8000 Tpay's for 1 BTC and other investors paid 3000 Tpay for 1 BTC.

The guy who didn't get paid for his work by Derec the ceo of Tpay, is communicating about that with Derec and both agreed that they sold Tpay under the table..... but the guy, who started a topic also here on Bitcointalk, forgot.. that it is fraud to sell your ICO under the table for a much lower price, so I wouldn't trust Tpay or there ceo's.

What does the deal has to do with that. If it would be right what you are telling (i dont think it is), they could be paid in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Euro or USD as well. The things you are telling has nothing to do with the partnership between XVG and Mindgeek...
