you should think it again . XVG will become a great coin which is considerated as a payment currency in the future . it's booming up around the world and everyone will know it as a second bitcoin in our world . Let XVG run smoothly and it will prove to be good payment coin in next year .

 well it was obvious the partnership wasn't going to be as big as they say, i mean there are loads of retailers that take bitcoin,litecoin etc and there will be loads more in the future, to say it was the biggest partnership in crypto is a joke. they pulled a similar move to einsteinium and i expected that, verge isn't a great coin and wont ever be. i mean who is actually paying for stuff on pornhub anyway?

Since I prefer XVG over porn, I am not going to spend even the tiniest fraction of XVG on a single second of porn material!

It wasn't the announcement I expected, but I'm not disappointed at all. This is a very big deal and a great leap forward to mass adoption and acceptance of ALL crypto.

Don't think so? Name another coin that has an agreement this big? Go on. I'll wait.

Justin and the entire team have shown such heart and passion for this project and, I believe, completely embody the vision of Satoshi and what crypto is all about. The overwhelming stress of creating something like this has to be absolutely immense, and though they've made some missteps along the way, no one's perfect, and they have regrouped and kept steering straight ahead for the long term goals.

Been holding for a very long time and will continue to do so. Like most, Bitcoin was my first exposure and investment, and then I started doing a lot of research on other coins. I arrived at Verge and read this thread from the beginning. Started following them on various outlets online, and began sifting through the bullshit and the reality.

I was involved for years in the Venture Capital and Angel Investor world. 90% of the time, it was NEVER the idea or business model that made the decision for investors. It was the people behind the idea. That alone, is what made me invest into Verge and in no way, shape or form, do I regret it.

Have some vision for the future. Have some insight for what this agreement with Mindgeek actually means - not only for Verge, but for all crypto.

And stop wasting your damned energy bashing other projects and focus on making your own goals reality.

I'm surprised you take the time out of your day to grace us with your invaluable insight! Don't you have to be somewhere else hyping up your future coin, or are you so worried that you'll be one of the many who's not making any money out of the daily opportunities Verge offers many (and will continue to do so as long as trades are going on)? Either way, good luck to you and your own pipe dreams.

It just integrated two days ago so it will take a few more days to work on that place to integrate that system for those who will want to renew. It is a bigger platform and it will take a good time to implement any system on that platform. We have to wait. Keep in mind partnership means that will work exclusively and will not leave any part empty for the partner. Mindgeek will not disappoint its existing members if they like the system which they definitely will like and when these existing members demand then they will provide it. The mindgeek already know that existing members will demand and so they will work on that platform and you will see in a  few days or in a week that they will allow renewal with verge.

It is not a problem for mindgeek so they will not leave they company as numb because of that little issue. In the first days they did not considered it urgent for the existing members as they know they are not facing obstacle in paying that is why they kept it as second step. Stay alert everything will be ok in the coming days or in a week.

I dont think it was market manipulation by big traders/ whales.... It was purely FUDs driven sell-off belittling this grand partnership. Most probably it was a social media campaign driven by other top cryptos which are now fearing their existence.

But truth can not be held captive for long. Whales are coming back after their due-diligence of prospects of XVG.

I think it was the act of traders who tried to do a high selling to drop the price low and many fuds are there who tried to spread negative news about the coin as they know that verge is now adopted by the biggest industry of internet and that type of partnership is not even adopted by bitcoin so verge is going to be another bitcoin and this community will be the new rich people on the earth. A new rank of wealthy people are going to be prepared and those who sold will then regret as like those who sold bitcoin in the early times.

FINALLY IN GREEN AFTER 2 DAYS!!!!

 VERGE needs to brand it's untraceable technology all those VC backed coins listed over VC backed shapeshift.io have fancy names for the simple stuff they supposedly do (some have nothing at all on them).  used to mine this coin scrypt with a 3x7950 gpu rig, but by about june of last year, the asics severely outweighed me so i turned my rig into a gaming pc Wink But i will un game that rig and mine x11 or x15 or something now and support the network hash again
