Can Someone tell me what "conflicted Transaction" Means Tells me that coins receives with address but That error there and another thing as well wallet wont sync very well sometimes it is but most of the time it says no connection when it does its only 1 and may or may not sync any answers because I dont know myself

That will be determined by the first 15 days of vPoS, the interest is variable.
Does it bother you at all that if you simulate this coins distribution, over a long time scale, it will always go nearly 100% to the 1 or 2 wallets that qualify for staking at the max input size?
Not at all, if one or two entities buy 40% of the market out, which is nearly impossible to do, they will do themselves more harm than good.
We debated this many times and the conclusion was if a war breaks out between certain entities to control 20% or more of coin cap, it will
be in their best interest to support the community rather than hoard Cyber to death.
After 18 days we will debate this on a community scale to determine where we stand.
