You need about 350PH minimum total for the variance to not kill you. You're simply not going to find them. I helped set up laurentiapool on the proviso it was only going to open up if it had that much and would admin it. It failed to attract enough miners. That was my last involvement with a shared pool and proved there simply isn't enough interest for more pools now, even with a minuscule or no fee.

Servers/hardware are not the issue, it's trusted pool operators, hence if it was to ressurect ck would have to be in charge and running it.

Nobody will point hashpower to an untrusted source, you will struggle to find miners..

Short update:

all paymends are done and i can see the TX's in the blockchain and they have a lot of confirmations, BUT two TX are not on my nicehash wallet.

this two transaktions are not visible in nicehash. i have open a ticket by nicehash.
We can start if the nicehash problem is solved and i have the coins in the wallet.
Sorry, i hope nicehash can asap solve the problem.

on 27.12.2021 18:00 UTC I will upgrade the server to a the actual debian.
All miner on the paththrough are advised to have a failover configured, so no loss in shares ocure for them.
As I don't know how long it will take in the end to setup all new options I had planed, a minimum of ~2-3 hours downtime has to be expected.
If something went wrong, or there is a delay, I will post it in this thread if needet.
