if you asked that question to other people,
some of them will tell you to avoid it because they were the victims and some of them will tell you that they have no problem.
it would be better for you to start it by yourself.
what i mean is try to open up your account and deposit some of your coins.
if everything is well went, you can do it.
but if you do not get your coins, stop doing it because in the future they will do that again.
in facts,
they are doing a lot of shady activity, and many people get scammed by them.
of course some people do not have a problem when they are using that platform

If you keep your yobit codes and activated Two factor authentication means your fund on this exchange will be safe. Still if there is any hacking attempt there is a chance to loose fund on any exchanges.
If you want to trade with the tokens which said, please do it and exchange the tokens finally to your hodling wallet.

Massive price drop coming...

This is probably one of the more objective reviews of Yobit. Like you, I've been a user in the past. I was frustrated by the speed of everything (rather, of how slow everything took). Remember even logging in took minutes. Every page was so damn slow. But in the end, everything was not a scam. They processed every withdrawal, they never cheated me. But will I use them again now? I don't think so.

Your choice if you would still use them after all these years. If they are still processing withdrawals then why not? The thing here is that most people do really have negative impression with Yobit
Lots of issues hasnt resolved yet thats why we do have that free will on our own to decide things up.They do exist and still operate. If you do see that you would potentially experience problems on this exchange
then why would you proceed?
I think the problem about the withdrawal issue in yobit is not a problem from their side mostly the problem is from a wallet issue in the coin without the coin developer yobit is nothing to do with the wallet.

The only suggestion that I want to add if you are planning to trade in yobit don't trade with shitcoin just focus to trade in main altcoin and bitcoin.

Even im wearing Yobit's signature but im pretty aware on their past and current reputation which is really on the negative side.

-Slow/Never respond support tickets
-Maintenance of wallets
-Lots of Shitcoin
-Shady Investbox

I've been a user too but i didnt really experience on having problems when it comes to trade or withdrawals. All things go smooth just like on typical
exchangers.Issues might experience randomly on each user where you can find positive and negative side.So use this exchange for your own risk.

It is good, so you are not only support but talk about reality. Me use Yobit still not face any problem yet and hope not face it. Because what i concern from Yobit is  when a people get problem, they not good at customer support.

The exchange is still currently operating, they still have the volume and that would proved there are still people who trusted them.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend storing token in the site, I don't hear about good reputation in the site and they might anytime take off like other exchanges.

The withdrawal fee is also high, so if you have another option, better not trust this at all.
No exchange is good for storing coins/tokens. Use only official wallet for holding coins. However, yobit is an old exchange and operating their business for a while but you can't deny that there's no issue. I have seen a lot of report against them although I don't know the accuracy of this.
There are some issues happened with that exchange before with some traders but not sure about their current status since they were come here when they met a problem but never reported their issue getting solved or any development on their support.
I too agree that never use any exchange for storiong because we don't have control over the private keys so just use exchange for trading purpose and immediately transfer the coins to the wallets like trezor or their official wallet.

some says yobit exchange is shady and alot of user have complaints while some are saying that yobit is exchange is working fine for them  . its normal for the exchange to have an issue because no exchange is perfect .

binance and other top exchanges out there do also have a problem though they respond faster  .  storing coins on exchange is risky but storing your coins in an online wallet is also risky because there is still a possibility that a wallet can be hacked .
It is one of the old exchange but the problem rises in the recent days that is why most of the new traders were facing issues, they are slow to respond any issues I guess that is why problem for them.I did made withdrawal yesterday but no issues yet so for me it working fine.

Well every exchanges has their downsides hence make sure to gather information in the specific exchange to prevent your coins/tokens in putting at risk.

I do trade in yobit before and the problem that I encountered using it is their support, they are too slow answering your queries and you will be pissed for waiting. After that I decided to withdraw my assets and find other exchanges that best suits me.

If you want to try yobit make sure prepare for every possible problem you may encounter, I think better to chose a reputed and popular exchanges.

indeed, i can agree to the zser above,
...  dont store your funds on some 3rd party provider
and dont use external provider to make payment
or receive payments from external..

using the desktop client is the only way to
push possible "weak spots"  from the table ..

...sure, could happend that the exchange wallets
are going offline && doesnt sync with the chain.
.. long story short ..   if its stored by yourself
the coins are save  ^^

even when you couldnt transfer / selll them in the worst case
..but you are the owner still  Grin Grin

This isn't the dedicated thread for yobit. Do you have funds sitting there? there's no best way to contact them. If you have read all of the messages above before posting, you'll understand that they have a really poor support.

If you can't login with that account, have you tried creating a new account just to address your problem to their contact support?

Yes,,, yobit has one of the worst support for customers in the whole industry,,, basically the only way I can think of here is to open a new account and then deposit the minimum to enter the trollbox, and ask around when you see a MOD who is active online. You will waste the withdrawal fee however,,, but at least you can reach them. Does not guarantee you can recover the account! You can try to contact them by email too,,,
I forgot to mention that minimum deposit to be eligible to join the chat. Usually there's a mod that is joining the chat and the name is on green. Their withdrawal fee seems to be high today but that's how it goes.

I don't know their email so if you know their email, you may add it here so Arslik might give it a try.
