You cant blame people yet even ourselves comes to those situations that even a simple search up cant really be undone. We do only realize when we do already suffer issues or problems.
Why don't I experience any sort of inconvenient situation with exchanges, cloud mining, ponzi schemes, or whatever shitcoin? Because I don't mess around with them. I know that these options inherently represent problems, and for that reason you should avoid them. If you know that something isn't good for you, or that it exposes you to whatever risk that may result in coin loss, why would anyone even go for it? It makes no sense to do something that works against you.

We do only realize when we do already suffer issues or problems.
For the dumb that's indeed how it works. For the smart common sense is enough to realize that.

yobit is the worst exchange that exists

While they definitely are one of the worst, I would say that Cryptopia is slightly ahead of Yobit in that regard. The most funny (actually not so funny in reality, more sad) is that with a simple search that only takes a minute or two you can read enough negativity to tell yourself to stay away from these exchanges. Complaining about these exchanges and waiting for problems to be solved can take weeks, while a few minutes of prior research could have prevented all this. The people who joined recently are utter fools and I honestly don't know how these people will ever come to sense. Basic market etiquette and common sense is something they are lacking and probably won't ever know how to utilize....

When it comes to ranking i would say Yobit is far more worst that Cyptopia. Its just too far away when it comes to user experience.
still no answer on support ticket... well it will never come, but I will keep bumping
Dont stress out yourself too much with that problem yet Yobit is being known with such reputation when it comes to support, They will never answer but the good thing they do resolve out issues without notice but dont expect on when it would happen.

I honestly think a lot of these scamcusations against yobit are mostly undeserved.

 Shocked Shocked Shocked

LIZA VIRTUAL TOKEN - YOBIT SCAM!!! DENOMINATION SCAMMERS

YobiCodes scam at www.yobit.net

Yobit Scam withholding 10BTC

Yobit SCAM - SYSCOIN withdrawal

Sure, there are wallet issues, stuck transactions, lag, slow support and more even but most exchanges has these issues in one way or another.

I mean, can anyone even give me a name of a crypto-service (of any sort) and guarantee that googling "service+scam" doesnt yield at least 5 results.

Yobit is one of the most popular exchanges around the world
Yobit one of the most popular exchanges? Amongst who, noobs?

and one of the top list trusted in crypto market.
Confirmed noob.

Folks, it's up to you, but thanks for adding some good information about the specific website you've mention above.
Lol, you ignore everyone's input and then thank people for adding good information? People like you make sure these exchanges manage to survive. Seriously, this market consists of 90% noobs and 10% people with sense. No wonder that people keep falling for scams and mainstream media nonsense. If one thing became clear throughout the years, then it's the fact that these exchanges will implode at some point, the only question is when.

The best thing that can happend is for yobit to be hacked and never come online again.. Would do crypto a big service, mainstream will never happend when such exchanges are around.

I guess you have withdrawn a coin where they have not upgraded their wallets, and it is sent on the old chain. I lost a great amount on that. Doubt support ever will answer.

I will never use yobit again, and will warn people about it. I will neither invest a single cent on coins that is newly is listed or gets listed there in the future.

Hello everybody,

I have some tokens that only listed on YoBit (I only use Binance and Bittrex as the main exchanges). I created an account at YoBit, deposited and then sold the token for some Bitcoin... then I withdraw my money to other wallet.

Problem is that I withdrawn last week, YoBit said that withdrawn completed. But until now I have not received my money.
I track the transaction ID YoBit provided but it shows "NOT FOUND" - it means YoBit has not yet sent out the money.

I am trying to reach YoBit team for help but I dont know how?
- Sent PM and support ticket since May 12 => No response
- Tried contact them via Twitter: No response
- They dont have telegram
- They dont have an official support email.

Any one please give me some advice?
Thanks
For starting this claim it is important to show your transaction ID url, so that your claim get the strength. As I have not faced any issue while withdrawing my bitcoin from that exchange but they have much issues on the withdrawal of fiat, they often delay for weeks. Try to contact via support but I am sure that they will contact back after weeks or after months better is that to inform the chat moderator. The chat moderator will not come on your call at the chatbox. So to catch him try to stay there and when you see him in discussion with other chat users then ask him for help
After getting your bitcoin do not use again that exchange as this exchange also have a lot of scam coins and they do not care for the security of the wealth of their users and if you every trapped in investing in any coin then the chances are more that you lose them.

this is the big problem yobit has:

- Sent PM and support ticket since May 12 => No response
- Tried contact them via Twitter: No response
- They dont have telegram
- They dont have an official support email.

they ignore their customers, they are arrogant and do not care about their customers
If they ignore their customer, its their loss for sure. The wild fire start first on a little heat with dry leaves then turn to smoke and create a great fire.
Any one please give me some advice?

first you should never use yobit again, depending on whether you have a lot of funds in yobit then consider hiring a lawyer and reporting your case to the police because it is the only way you have to recover your fund

If you don't see any progress on your problem, it's true to avoid it and spread what happen here in bitcointalk.org and other related website. It's your rights and just tell the truth, just provide a strong evidence about it.

From a very long time it is the issue with yobit that they do not respond to the support ticket and if they will respond then much longer time will it take. I remember that once I faced an issue and then I asked the support. I not got any reply and then I managed for the alternative and after two months I got a message from yobit that they solved my problem. That is much longer.

I think if we have some bigger exchanges then why we use that exchange for our trade, as it is much profitable to do trade on larger exchanges. If someone say that some of the coins are on yobit which are not on these larger exchange then I will say that these exchanges add those coins which are legit on all the aspects so that none of the trader lose their money.

the issues you stated are why I tell people to not go to Yobit for anything, yet thousands of people still do go there for trading every day. They're a small exchange with huge problems, and in the world of crypto especially, time is money.
Well, as long as you stick to the main altcoins and avoid tokens and all other rubbish, these exchanges work fine if you ignore occasional issues here and there, which basically every exchange nowadays is subject to.

It also comes down to Hitbtc. It's as always tokens causing the most problems, and they are the reason the popularity of these exchanges has grown significantly throughout the years.

The sooner people stop using and trading tokens (most tokens don't add anything other than speculation anyway) the less problems people will experience. There is a reason major Bitcoin exchanges never list this rubbish. Wink

It could be possible that yobit has signed off the transaction from their end, but has not yet broadcast it for a certain reason. If that's the case, the same txid will be valid as soon as the transaction is broadcasted to the network.

Unfortunately though, that's the main issue with yobit. Customer support is atrocious. And the only way that you can reach them is by their ticket system, which clearly isn't functional whatsoever.

I have not heard of a single case in which the support staff were able to respond to a ticket in a reasonable amount of time, which is why I advise people not to use it at all. You should regularly create new tickets to remind them of the issue, until they actually go and do something about it.

Check that transaction in different block explorer and make sure the withdrawal address is correct and yours.
If you can't find that transaction in any of the btc block explorer than its problem from yobit side so you need to contact them and wait for months because they are known for pretty shit customer support.

Try to avoid using them with big amounts.

I've dealt with them some time ago. You best bet with them is to send one ticket and wait. Then when they respond on ticket or withdraw is processed, I suggest you to not use them again until their customer support is improved (considering that it's bad as it was two years ago, I doubt that).
Their reputation and performance nowadays comparing into 2 years ago was still just the same.I was little bit surprised that this exchange was still alive and kicking or still on operation inspite on having those piling up issues regarding into their service.

Sending 1 ticket at a time is just right rather than on spamming tickets which will make the problem more worst. They are not scam they do have only some delays but this will really piss you so hard. Wink

I can't help you nor I want to criticize you but you aren't new here (unlike of people who open accounts after they get scammed). No one is tagged RED here without any reason, especially yobit. You had to consider it from the very begining.
Open thread in scam accusation to get their attention, can't think about anything other.

Some people would really lead up into this horrible exchange when they do saw that token is just listed on this site and now another day another issue i had read out once again when it comes to withdrawals which isnt really surprising because once a certain trader or user of the site do have the high odds on experiencing problems and this thing should be putted on mind.

Come to think that every transaction do have its own tx id and if its not found into the network then most likely that transactions arent still done or pending on yobits side which means they havent paid you out but showing already process complete. What a shady act from them. Contacting their support would be your main problem now yet they dont answer like "forever".
