Hi, my account was hacked the day 2016-06-03 , i have sent various messages to the support and still have not answer, of course i freezed my account and i would like to change the 2 auth code because i am quite sure the hacker have it now, would be nice to have some kind of answer

I'll just keep posting this every day in a vain attempt to recover those sweet sweet smartcoins
I have pending smartcoin withdrawal for 350025 smc from cold storage from 10 days ago, I've raised support tickets and tried to contact you via several other methods please release my coins. This is a fair amount of smartcoin but not a huge amount in btc terms if anyone thinks yobit is fine no problems trading might want to consider withdrawing your coins now, I get that it is all fine and dandy until its your own money stuck for good.
ALL I WANNA SAY IS THAT. THEY DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT US!

There are still transactions occurring using my YoBit DASH wallet even though my account and ALL activity is supposedly frozen. And it is frozen when I log in. This shady shit is happening behind the YoBit curtain, not random hackers.

Theres a lot of problem in the alt money world
always a bug or something an update a new software new OS
need to be more user friendly less modification to do
it need to be compatible with all system not only 65 % or 70 %

Yobit must fix their support and they must respond accordingly to users requests, DRZ coin for example cannot be sent -windrow from exchange now for weeks. One serious exchange must resolve those "small problems" on fly.. This is in interest of both sides.
People quit being foolish and STOP trading there. You see all the issues are a clear sign to avoid this place. Find another exchange and make it a better place to trade. Yobit doesn't care about you or your complaints. This place is as crooked as it comes...
