Just got an answer on FB from @yobit.support
Here it is:
"Unfortunately, this is a general error with our exchange , and after we checked we found thar your transaction TXID has not been verified on our network for the unknown reasons
to fix this problems you have to refresh your transaction network by new deposit of 0.1 BTC and all your stuck amounts will be solved
when you are able to make the deposit contact with us to generate a new address and link by your account .

Sincerely

 Support Team"

It's a scam like we always said. That page is fake, it's not the real yobit! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING.

@ebycon, these are bitcointalk moderators or yobit's ?

Yes! A friend of mine has been replied now from Matveevka from the actual ticket, not PM, look:

So, he said "complete" I hope that means that he unlocked the ETH...I'm praying. There is hope.

Hi,
I am having a similar problem. I sent ETH from Yobit to MEW - but the status is showing "In process" for the past 12 hours. When I click on the transaction - it gives this error "The requested URL /en/trade/undefined/undefined was not found on this server". Tried raising the issue with support with no response.

Yes I just sent 20 ETH from Bitstamp. Christ what a nightmare. Do you know where there offices are?

Bro, 20? You gotta ask them to unlock the deposit manually like I'm doing since 20 days or more now, with multiple tickets and PM to dominikherzog and matveevka. You send them the message with explanation and the txid of transaction and let's keep praying. My ETH was only $120 but still it was everything I had because I wanted to start in crypto and I just chose the wrong website to start. So now I'm back at 0 without any possibility of multiply my money or anything...just my luck. If you can consider a donation to a fella unlucky crypto-buddy this my ETH wallet (binance, this time): 0x8cf05c5b983480de1b7f0ba74c7602fa26a5ca6b

PS: I just discovered the name of another moderator to send messages to: warden

LET'S DO IT.

Anyone succesfully contacted with the support?
0,02 BTC is the amount you need to have in plain BTC. I have equivalent of more than that in some alts but still can not write on a chat.
For now about 2k$ in LISK blocked on withdrawal with status "In Proccess" from mid december Sad

mid december? Jesus...I give up. Click PM and write a message to this moderator: dominikherzog, written exactly like that.

The thing is I am a newbie and he does not accept PM from such Sad

Sent ETH from Bitstamp. Didn't notice they send through smart contracts and YoBit doesn't accept that. I'm so stupid, I know. But I also noticed that others have made the same mistake and YoBit support manually accepted the transaction. Can anybody help me from the inside? Anybody from YoBit in here?

https://www.etherchain.org/account/e9C5C80750F35f4D95695272CBBAa285fbD73D61

=(

Your mistake is that you are not very careful in doing the transaction.
indeed some exchangers are willing to accept coins in withdraw from other exchangers, but some can not
to overcome this, you should try to move funds with a small amount, then if the transaction is successful, then you can move all your assets

Indeed I already claimed I'm stupid. But gosh, they should assist us, get more people working on the support thing or something!

no reply to multiple tickets, I even sent one in russian. No reply ever from there. Facebook: I'm still blocked. No reply from the yobit guy in this forum and no reply from their e-mail address, nor twitter. FML.
Why have you been blocked to their facebook page? As far as I know they don't have facebook page and I guess that page that blocked you doesn't have any connection to yobit.

Don't hope for their account to respond here in forum. They are only replying when someone posts a scam accusation against them when it regards to their delayed withdrawal.

Okay guys so, I just discovered that you can send private messages on Yobit. Up right, click PM, type the name of a moderator you want to send a message to (I wrote dominikherzog). Let's hope for a reply!!!
Let's see then, good luck to you mate.

So the facebook page is fake and they tried to scam us in chat with that story of sending 1eth!!!!
Did you send any amount there? Just stick to their website support.

no I didn't, first of all I don't have that kind of money lol, second I didn't trust him fully...
Good thing I thought you fall for that scam. There are people who are using other's establishment's name just for their own sake of collecting money easily.

Don't give up because you have to keep sending the support ticket until you get the reply, i know the pain of losing those 200$ hard earned money. Better contact all possible ways to reach them.
He's doing it but because of there are too many people who keeps on complaining to them everyday, his ticket is being covered by another ticket and supports there can't dig that much.

Try to post also to their ANN thread  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/yobitnet-cryptocurrency-exchange-multicoin-dice-free-coins-every-1-24-hrs-914975

It's frustrating. I've written several PM to the moderatore and opened several tickets, also written like 100 tweets in a row to get them to notice me... I don't know what to do I'm losing my fucking mind.
