Any solution to this?

Either:
1. The post count will happen once in a single week. This won't guarantee it won't happen, but it decreases the chance of people posting five posts today, get paid, while all of them are spams that got deleted 1 hour after that.
2. Switch to the 'traditional' way of signature campaign. The manager checks the post directly to prevent useless posts from getting paid.
Maybe they use this system.if you join yobit campaign when your post is 450 after joining the campaign you make 3 posts and get paid.your posts will count from 453.if your posts deleted then they are not going to pay untill your posts reach more than 453.i mean you have to recover deleted post.i saw this kind of posts in cryptotalk forum.

Possible solutions:
  • Adjust bot(s) that count posts of participants by including post length. Most of bump posts only or mostly contain "bump/ bump for visibility/ bump!, etc.". By the way, too short posts should be rejected automatically by bots.
  • Adjust timeframe to count posts of participants, for each 24 hours rather than each 3-4 hours like the campaign has so far.

What @joniboni suggested above, counting posts each week is same as mosts of other campaigns, but for Cryptotalk.org's campaign, I think that timeframe is too long. Because of they accept so many participants, and Yobit & manager should check posts every day to kick out bad posters each day (at least). It will also help to reduce spam level from bad posters, who join the campaign.

I'd like to point out two things to Yahoo and Yobit about the CryptoTalk campaign which I believe needs to be controlled asap...

Point #1

With the current system, even a BUMP post gets paid which should not be getting paid at all.

Today (16th Oct 2019), I made 2 posts so far (excluding this one) and one of it is a BUMP post but I got paid for both. I don't have any interest to earn money for my Bump posts.

I have about 5-8 threads selling different services, domains etc and if I bump those threads every 24hr then effortlessly I'll be earning from this campaign and technically I'm allowed to do so.

Maybe a character count tracker implementation can solve this problem?

Point #2

Cryptotalk pays for the deleted posts even when the post doesn't exits anymore.
The post got deleted by a Mod, or the thread got deleted where someone made a post.

-- Someone made a post
-- Yobit tracked and paid after 2hrs
-- The post got deleted by mod after 3hrs
-- Paid amount stays with the user.

Any solution to this?

Locking this topic for today to keep people from posting silly stuff. Getting tired of warning people.
You are correct to remind everyone about what I posted. There will be no more warnings. Users posting off topic stuff in this thread or replying to off topic trash that are wearing a cryptotalk sig will be banned.

This thread is to inform users of the campaign and here for users to ask questions related to the campaign. I may not be able to answer all questions, but I can message the owner and get some answers ASAP.

I just want to tell my fellow Signature participants that withdrawing with XRP in the yobit exchange is somewhat congested, I don't know why. so, for the meanwhile, you can choose other altcoins if you don't like withdrawing using bitcoin, cause my XRP withdraw is delayed for 1 hour now.

Just a tips from a concern fella.

I don't think it's a good idea to withdraw such small amounts. If everybody withdraws everyday its gains like that, Yobit will be overloaded and will close the campaign. It would be better to trade them over there I think. Yobit will be happy to see more trading volume on its exchanges and will be encouraged to continue this campaign.
What's not good is to just leave your coin in any exchange at any amount of time if you are not using it for trading or for other things. People should bear in mind that they must always put all of their coins in their own wallet where they own its private keys.

Also, I'm pretty sure Yobit will not be overloaded because of small withdrawals like that. It an exchange after all and they should be able to handle such activities. It's also quite amusing that you think that the continuation of this campaign will be determined by small withdrawals and if "Yobit will be happy to see more trading volume on its exchanges".  Grin

From what I can tell. With $37.00 in yobit...the price to move such would be $10...thus letting it ride....on the exchange.....too depressing to pull it out as of now..

denial..it is how I roll. Smiley

Replies like what are posted above are NOT needed. Also, if a guy asks if the link is broken 4-5 replied from different users is NOT needed. Best scenario would be the user with a question PM me and I look into it. I appreciate people trying to help but the 1st reply and boltz reply were really the only useful replies.

Hey guys , just read the offline session of apache ubuntu , it says clearly website is okay and in maintenance so we have to be patient as everything will be back online. Probably they are doing some security updates or some wallet maintenance as those works better when the website is offline.

Even if for some of you the Yobit appears online actually I think you're browsing an offline session because I still can't see it. Probably this is why Yahoo re-opened this thread , so we can post about this here to inform each other when is back online.

CryptoTalk.Org - Get Paid for every Post!
October 02, 2019, 09:29:56 AM
...there are no restrictions on what subforums are counted towards the campaign?

It would be great if somebody can answer this question.

I know from participants of this campaign that probably all posts from local boards are not counted.

Which boards exactly are excluded from this campaign?

I think off topic is not counted, maybe games and rounds too , but I'm not sure. You could try and see if it is counted or not.

This is the great thing that you can earn by just posting on this website. I can't imagine how excited I am. As far as this goes on Cryptotalk community will get even bigger since more people are into free money.

I'm so excited too, to see that you've been waiting a year for this to happen. In a year of silence, you must have accumulated a lot of useful information. Do not stop, do not be silent anymore! But sometimes look here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52577567

it's already clear in the campaign rules that only from sr members up are allowed to join the campaign, if you will find a way to bypass the system, I don't think you can bypass the manager of his campaign. you can check https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-banned-participants-in-the-cryptotalk-campaign-5188200 and you will see members removed in the campaign, so don't try to cheat the system, you might end up getting red tag.

Don't get me wrong, i know the rules / requirements for the campaign, and i don't want to bypass them.

Still i'm curious why bill gator got an adjusted pay rate? Seems like everything is done via the yobit panel, so i guess somebody there must have implemented that feature?

I don't think so. The bot checks for the full signature. A Full member has lower limit of character than a senior member.

That actually is a point i didn't think of. Thanks!
