There wallet is empty again. They will refill it sometime in the near future. You can disregard that update signature message. You are experiencing no error, they just don't have coins in their sig campaign wallet.

Thanks for that information, I was wondering what the problem was - I thought it was a problem with my browser, was just about to reboot my PC LOL

If your trying to join with the account you've just posted from then the reason you've not been accepted is because they currently aren't accepting Junior accounts. You will need to level it up a bit if you wish to join.

What kind of error do you get?

Are you receiving the confirmation email?

Of all the signature campaign this is where many eyes are looking,there are dedicated threads on meta section where they report spammers and 5 months ago there were a lot of yobit spammers because of those reports many newbies are not allowed anymore because some of them are created to spam only..

Yobit has not high pay rate but the advantage of this campaign is only its daily payout, and its daily maximum is so hard to complete, 20 post/day most probably that posts are shitty posts I guess. But its up to you if you will enroll inthis campaign no one has the right to force you, so good luck mate

Reasons I wont advertise for Yobit.

They wont update wallets in a timely fashion without being paid. See here they demand a fee to update read here https://yobit.net/en/maintenance_request/

They wont support their own coin Yovi, disrespected customers of the exchange and developers by lying not doing any of the things they promised with the coin. Dev's bought Yovi hoping to use Yovi for the purposes they promised adding coins ect. " pay for adding new coins by YOVI with discount (by BTC without discount)
   + pay for special tools for new coins (block explorer, annonce by mail to Yobit users)
   - pay for ICO/RICO fee by YOVI with discount (by BTC without discount)
   - pay for some special new tools for users by YOVI with discount (monthly subscriptions)
