from playing at yolo now for a little over a week i have to say i like it and am up 1ltc or so.

that contest was best contest i've seen done.

i would suggest to keep doing it. but do it 4 weeks or for a month.

then after that month you can go to 10% of profits for prize pool.

build it and they will come - fields of dreams.

you got a goldmine here dont let it slip away

The admin of the site did say it was best if not the most successful competition they had ever ran before from the first day they started it a bit of over a year ago.
I also think they know what they have here is as good as gold and that is why they are continuing to impress the gambling community with more innovation coming to the site.
Just watch and see my friend. Grin

Small UI suggestion,

Change "Withdraw now" to "Withdraw later" or some other variation of "later" when the batch withdraw method is selected instead of instant. "Now" gives the impression that the withdraw will be sent immediately, like the instant method but the batch method does not work that way.
I don't think this is some sort of breakout feature , it's pretty obvious i see what you are pointing towards but currently it isn't a break out feature
He is not pointing about the feature or concerned that it is or it is not a breakout feature, what he wants to clarify is that YOLOdice needs to change their wording on the Withdraw Now feature as it can mislead players or members of their gambling site. He is talking about the Batch Withdraw Method where the withdrawal process is not instant as you will wait for other players to withdraw their earning.

Here are the final results of the 1 Billion Bets competition: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.32152053

A big thanks to everyone who participated, and congratulations to our winners!!
Looks like only JohnLocke actually made anything from this contest rest all have losses higher than the prize they would get
But as it's gambling risk is surely involved congrats to all winners never expected the price pool to rise this high
He was the only player who played smart only betting small amounts at a time and was the only one to manage to get those bets to go green.
He is one lucky guy as I have seen this player start go from 2 btc to 24 btc last time I check after the competition ended.
Looks like others are simply addicted i shouldn't really feel good but now and then i invest in the bankroll I'm kind of happy when these contest as most of them play without any sense and generates easy profit to us as investors

Don't think that all gamblers are playing without sense. They do have some calculations but this game is luck based so they may not succeed every time they gamble. I too, don't gamble much but prefer to invest in gambling house bankroll. I got most success from crypto-games investments until now because somehow on that site investor earnings gradually increases over the time.

What sense are you talking about? Is there any reason to gamble with some sense attach on? I do not think any of gambling games need one because I do not find any reason why people should bothering about sense when they gambling. Gambling is something that you played with fun of course. And btw investing is really a good thing if only you have like an extra money

I just joined this community few days ago as I want to explore other dice game site and I really enjoy playing yolodice, though the faucets has a maximum of 10 pours each day but that's good enough for me to try and see how good this site is. I hope I can hit a good amount in the coming days.

The site is proven as a good site already, I do not think you need to try to too much especially using faucet only. You may just claim it once or twice then decide whether to deposit or not after trying with faucet. But if your hope to win big is just from the faucet then I suggest you to stop thinking about it.

I guess the competition has been pretty successful, YD jumped on top of the "Weekly Top 10" dice sites by https://dicesites.com/

If you haven't joined (yet), take a look here: https://yolodice.com/#bonus

The prize pool seems to stay well over 100 LTC.

Cheers,
Ethan
It seems there are three big lplayers who are betting at a frantic rate. 1 ltc to 5 ltc rolls.
It just keeps going back and forth to the one to be sole in first place.

Also thought I saw someone saying that the prize amount for the top places would be pumped up to 58.6% of the prize pool since it has been over 100ltc.

Competition is now over!  Grin
Someone wrote this in chat right after the results were being tallied up by Ethan_Nx:
"11:01 AM CrashBandicoot115879: Prize pool is 204.5 ltc"

Wow!  Shocked

Thus "Small UI suggestion"

Thanks, noted and changed! The button has no "now" added to it. I don't want to add any extra logic to button names, so a simple "Withdraw" should do the trick.

Thanks and cheers!

Is this a bug? In the 'largest bets' list a lot of the bets are by a "hidden" player, but in the "last 7 days" list I see the same bets with "Sadie" next to them. If Sadie wants to hide you should hide her name in both lists!

If a player changes his privacy settings, some tables don't reflect this change immediately. We don't generate 7-day summary every few minutes and I guess this is what happened: someone changed the privacy setting, the tables that are refreshed more often got the change, while it took longer on other tables. But I'll keep my eye on it!

Any update on adding LTC for investors in the bankroll  Smiley
Hey any eta on ethereum being added as it's beem a while since it was announced
And also would like to know will it also have a private bankroll in starting like litecoin ?

We are mentally preparing for opening LTC investments. ETH takes longer than expected and it will start with a private bankroll too. We'll open investments to everyone later on. I have no ETA on this, but we are spending most of our time to bringing ETH to YD now.

Cheers,
Ethan
Private no no i see all the ltc profits the site generated in such a small time but no worries will invest later on

It sounds like a reasonable explanation, but I don't think it's the correct one.

Looking at the all-time largest bets for LTC, I see Sadie's 47, 48, and 49 bets showing up as "hidden" (check my previous screenshot to see that they belong to Sadie), but in the biggest LTC bets of the last 7 days I see a bunch of 36.65 LTC bets by "Sadie(149603)" - ie. not hidden. So even though days have passed since my previous screenshot, some of Sadie's big bets are "hidden" and some are not.

You are right. In this particular table (top bets by value, all-time) I was using a wrong privacy setting. That's why there was inconsistency. I'll push the fix at the soonest opportunity! Thanks.
