That's good to know that you already handle your addiction and hopefully you commit on that because if you continue to gamble, it can totally ruin your life again.

Well start by understanding the fact that " this is all in your head"
If you do think that you are investing in Gambling a lot and you are not winning and ultimately you are loosing a considerable amount then :
1. Contact Gamcare
2. Suspend your account
3. If not possible then : Play for less
4. Play and Practice Games involving skills like Poker and black Jack. Use card counting and always remember the big hands.
Well you would never control anything without your own mindset so I do think going to companies and psychologists is futile.
