Very often a gambling addict is simply unable to cope with their misfortune alone, so it is better to seek professional help. Gambling addiction can be compared to tobacco smoking. Someone can easily quit smoking on their own and someone needs psychological help and even medication to relieve stress.
I agree.
Curing gambling addiction is hard, but it is indeed curable by rehabilitation and therapy. First, if you'll not admit that your Gambling habits are not addiction, you're not gonna be better because you have to admit it and trust the process of removing away your addiction. Now, people are often says that they do play gambling because of boredom, just their pastime, etc... these are mere excuses, or maybe it is indeed true, but these are also the precautions you could consider to avoid getting yourself involve in gambling anymore which I believe is also a cure.
Instead of randomly deciding to play gambling because you're bored, why not make a plan for tomorrow or everyday for you to entertain yourself in a way that you'll never lose your money.
