...

My biggest regret is one of those you can only get with 20-20 hindsight.

I bought gold with BTC when BTC was at some $450, then some $550 and again at around $700.  It had seemed to me that BTC had had it's run (or at least had gone up and seemed vulnerable to a big downdraft).

Lesson learned: I will buy gold in the future with CA$H and leave my BTC in storage.

At least I still have a decent amount of BTC to enjoy the price rally.

I guess the moral of the story is don't end up looking back and rereading this thread in x years time regretting that you didn't buy Bitcoin when it was only $1150.

My biggest regret that I haven't bought or mined bitcoin in early stage when it was very cheap. I heard about bitcoin, but I didn't care much about it. I was thinking that is just another bubble.

My biggest regret is that I have heard about bitcoin since the year 2008 but I don't pay attention cos I think it was a waste of time. So I spent my time on something I later regret and saw as time waster. Currently my regret is that I don't know how to mine or get the require software for it.

Do you mean 2009?

Oops he just revealed himself as Satoshi, he knew about it in 2008, haha  Grin
Come on. Are you gonna make jest of me cos I actually meant 2009 and its a sad memory. The problem I have back then is that I'm making enough and I don't see any future in bitcoin. Not until when I lost my job last year, I was surfing the internet and I saw people testimony and I decide to come to learn more about bitcoin on this forum not knowing that I can actually make some bitcoin on here.

My biggest bitcoin regret is i do some altcoin trading and now all of my altcoins are stuck there. I can't sell it because it is really below of my 50% capital from the price i bought it. I wish i just store it and enjoy the continuous spike of bitcoin now. After i sell those altcoins i will quit altcoin trading and just focus on earning bitcoin.

This is what happen in alt coin trading when you trade without proper investigation of crypto market. This is common sense that if Bitcoin price is growing than you should sell your alt coin for Bitcoin because alt coin will fall if Bitcoin price spikes.

I made a 4 btc loan to a user.
The loan was supposedly backed by data as I had his identity card, a debt recognition letter, proof of ownership of his house...

Well in fact it was all a huge photoshopped scam. Very well done with great pthoshop photos... lost everything. That's not something making you happy as you can guess ><

Investing in some bitcoin cloud mining is the stupid thing that I did in 2016. When i see a bad news in a thread in this forum about cloud mining scams.
But the biggest regret is not found this crypto currency earlier.
You are not alone, investing one's bitcoin in another clouding mining site after one suddenly disappeared was the height of carelessness. I know better now, no cloud mining site is worth a Satoshi, they are worse than hyips, because you never recoup you investment before they go under and all the mines they claim to own are vague.

When i was scam of some revshares in world of bitcoins. I was feel like down to earth 3-4 months after i move on to it

Actually there is some preventive action to avoid that. On of that in Basic is you should aware to make sure you put money in wrong place or not.
Usually scammers promise you earn huge amount of money by easy doing.Second, put your money only in trusted place and was proofed to public.

Agree ! Easy money just investing your money in that website and you'll earning double from it and that is really easy without any effort just sending your money amd your good of earning profit . That is a clear scam we all know we should avoid that thing because we all know in the end well end up loosing our money to the website

Hmh, well i regret few things, first would be that i gambled and lost a lot of bitcoins, i think totally i lost around 0,4 already, which is very much for me!

Second would be that most of times i didn't accept bitcoin as payment for stuff i was selling, i chose paypal/bank for that but now i think that bitcoins was much better option for that.

And last thing is that i regret not really saving all codes, id's and so on of my wallets, because recently i lose around 0,1 in wallet which i forgot, and of course i can't get these funds back.

That I had lost my access to the wallet. I had a lot of money in the account and now I don't have my secondary password anymore. I can only say RIP money & all the wallets. I wish I had found out I lost my money months before, but it's too late Sad

One more thing I regret is that I deposited 0.2BTC once on a gambling website. They were all the funds I had. Fortunately I didn't lose a lot, but I still regret it. Once you deposit such a big amount you cannot go back most of the time, and you are too tempted to bet all "to win".

i dont have any bitcoins regrets and i did never think about buy and sell bitcoin because i only use bitcoin to buy goods.

My biggest regret is that I didn't buy Bitcoin when I first found out about it. All my friends were buying it, but I was too scared to buy it and that came back to bite me. Looking at the price now, I would have made a swerious amount of profit.
all of people makes mistakes you cannot avoid it but you should did buy it and why are you scared buying a digital good because it might be a scam.

First time I heard about bitcoin was when was at ATH and after that in December 2013 it crashed as I remember. After that I forgot it and I did not deal with bitcoin up to end of  September 2016. Then I began to read articles and a couple of books, to participate in meetings, to subscribe to forum, so on. It is obvious that I regret because I left about three years without to deal seriously with bitcoin world
