I have been doing  bounty since 2017 and I get big money from it (for me). And the only source of my bitcoin investment is just what I get from doing  bounty, I am not really a full investment here, honestly I am still afraid to invest in my personal money that I get from business, I only use maybe 5% of my personal money to invest in bitcoin, and I use the rest to invest in real estate  Smiley Smiley Smiley

My source of income would be the earning from crypto forum. Earning from Signature campaign and invest that into trading and then multiplying it. At times i inveat drom my pocket which was for my expenses. This is how i gather and invest.

I have not been really into investing though I have some stocks with a premiere banking firm here in my country, which i just left in my broker's site idle for some years now. What made me excited into investing is cryptocurrency but unfortunately it was not bitcoin but a scamming project called TheBillionCoin which by name itself really sounded so dubious. Okay, I was still innocent and naive at the time. Soon, I meet bitcoin and it was not yet that pricey at the time but because I was not convinced that it can go sky-high I just bought some.

The main source of the money I invested with bitcoin comes from doing online job with a platform where we are allowed to post in many forums in exchange for some points and the those points can be converted to real money anytime.

What are the sources of the money you invested with bitcoin or cryptocurrency? Anybody here used credit cards?

Before I came here on bitcointalk I gave up my job actually, because I saw that altcoins will give me breakthrough with my problems with altcoins I can able to earn bitcoin as well, by simply joining in bounty campaign. And this was happened during 2017 where bounties arise up and  exploded when bitcoin kicked its price value in the market. Therefore, this is my only source of income up to now of getting fiat currency.

The only money that I have invested in cryptocurrencies is the money that I've earned working online in my free time. That's the only money I invest because it's like I would put money aside into a bank account but here the value of my savings have the potential to grow a lot over the years, while they remain secured and no one is taking me taxes for holding them.

2015 was the first time I spent money for investment and I choose bitcoin at that time. I spent money around $1000 and I had some bitcoins. I was choosed long term investment because I had a predicted that bitcoin can grow in a few years and my predict was right I sold bitcoin in 2017 ago and I had a lot of profit. Gratefuly I was not be caught in a snare of scam so as I can store my money on the right place. That was the first time I spent money and till know I have source income from it.
i could not imagiine how much bitcoin did you get with $1000.if bitcoin price on 2015 still below $100, maybe on 2017 get alot of profits.moreover if you sell it on highest price ever, maybe your btc amount at that time above 10btc.

I used to work for some projects that were paying with crypto so what I was investing was time.
Another alternative, is to keep a small portion of your salary every month and buy btc. The more you accumulate the more profits you are going to get and it will definitely worth it in some years from now.

For now my main source of income is the signature campaign, and I HODL it all. During the bear market, I was saving here and there from work and accumulating, but since the bull market has started and prices are higher I am planning to coast it rather than invest.

Right now, my source of investment will only come from cryptocurrency, and I don't have any other investment type in real life. I depend on cryptocurrency because I believe that crypto can help me to have one of the best investment that I know. Although the crypto cannot be predicted, I still want to have more coins as my investment and not only use bitcoin for the investment. I hope that investing in bitcoin will give me a good profit for some periods so I can make money from crypto.
maybe you get the first investment source from the bounty campaign, by looking at the ranking you have, of course you have been on cryptocurrency for a long time, so I trust your statement, because you have passed the heyday of bitcoin in 2017

The source of money to invest in my altcoins is from the bitcointalk forum. I have participated in and worked on some ICO projects since 2018 and now I can have money to pay tuition. Currently I have over $ 2,000 to invest in some altcoins and Litecoin will be my next goal. It's pretty awesome, anyone with the same opinion as me?

What are the sources of the money you invested with bitcoin or cryptocurrency? Anybody here used credit cards?

I was at your exact situation a few years ago when I invested my bitcoins to this ponzi scheme called USI-TECH foundation.

As a student who has bright dreams of finishing school to support my family, I impulsively invested $150 worth of bitcoins (which is relatively a large amount of money for me as a student) since the website promised to render 150% returns after a year.
In addition, I even attended a conference in Manila held by their head (they visited) which made their project very promising to almost everyone who visited that night. After 3 months of putting my money, their website shut-down and my money was lost!

I learned this lesson the hard way but it made me much wary before investing my money. As of now, I keep my bitcoins in our local exchange wallet and I also considering diversifying my portfolio by learning stocks along the way. I also might invest long-term in a bank (maybe in the future) which would further maximize of earning money.

I invested my own savings, which I had accumulated for several years. But I did not invest them exclusively Bitcoins, but also in stocks, a deposit in a bank and a small business. In 2018, I bought additional cryptocurrencies and also invested in a mining farm. I really hope that investing in cryptocurrency will be successful and in 5 years I will be able to get a significant profit. Fundamentally, I see a great perspective in cryptocurrency and blockchain in general.

I make an effort with trading. Honestly, I am giving superiority to spot trade. Instead of selling the ones in the wallet when the market goes down, I collect them more cheaply by adding money. Due to the known risk, credit cards should not be used in this regard.

My source of my investment money is my bounty prize and reward. Yes, I gladly to say that I got already a 1500 dollars in bounty for 1 year. In fact, I just go with signature campaigns only. I got my bounty tokens and I am always trying to make a profit from it. Specially when I got some bucks in alts.

All the cryptocoins I've got comes from bounty hunting from the many bounty platforms I've participated, I also invested my own money from top coins that have a good potential in the market, but still the best way is to do bounty especially if you have a good rank here in this forum, or you have a lot of followers in your social media account
70% of the people here got their investment money from bounty campaign, we can now see how important ICO is to us, ICO has given to us and now is the right time to give back to ICO. We have to save the ICO from dyeing which I can already smell it coming, and the best way to do this is to kick scammers out.

I know we will think it is difficult, but to me it is not, ever since I started doing thorough research on this ICO to the extreme, I have not participated much in ICOs that are bad and I feel we can do same by just making sure whatever project we promote is roughly free of scam, that is the only way we can continue to enjoy the benefits of ICO for further investment.

I bet there is a large percentage of users here who have the same experience as you do.
Yes, one of them is me. Being too innocent at the start and not thinking that much yet.
But I do believe those wrong steps made us what we are now. So it is still worth the experience.

Main source for investing is of course hard cash. Just buy bitcoin in a local shop and then do it over and over again every month.
But then I stop for some time just so I could give myself something new. Things, foods and other stuffs that makes me happy.
After that, back again to investing. It already became like a job.  Cheesy
I usually use some of my profits in bounty campaigns to buy potential coins for my investment. I never used my hard earned money from my own salary and those from savings just for my investment. I make sure i only use my extra money so that if i lose, it will not create too much troubles on me.
so did me, who only played prizes from the bounty campaign, for coins that I felt were potential. indeed, in that way we avoid panic, because psychologically is more calm, if without using salary money we work in the real world

In my case 10% of my monthly income goes straight into Bitcoin, which I feel very comfortable with. It's significant enough for me to build up a nice position over time, but not significant enough to cause problems.

Mental comfort is a big deal. The less you force yourself to do things you shouldn't do, the less stressful the bear markets become. People always freak out because they have gone too deep with money they couldn't miss.

As long as you don't over-invest or take out a loan, you'll do just fine. These are the most common mistakes people in crypto make. Accepting that crypto is a volatile asset class helps a lot too.

We have the same source yet ive been earning came from online jobs then I do make a re-roll or reinvesting thru trading.Rinse and Repeat until I do

get significant amount of profits then exchange it to fiat and leave my initial capital and go back to square one.The advantage on this method is that
your hardwork is mainly your capital.
