I have not been really into investing though I have some stocks with a premiere banking firm here in my country, which i just left in my broker's site idle for some years now. What made me excited into investing is cryptocurrency but unfortunately it was not bitcoin but a scamming project called TheBillionCoin which by name itself really sounded so dubious. Okay, I was still innocent and naive at the time. Soon, I meet bitcoin and it was not yet that pricey at the time but because I was not convinced that it can go sky-high I just bought some.

The main source of the money I invested with bitcoin comes from doing online job with a platform where we are allowed to post in many forums in exchange for some points and the those points can be converted to real money anytime.

What are the sources of the money you invested with bitcoin or cryptocurrency? Anybody here used credit cards?
I do invest using my salary that i got from doing my job, i do think investing using a credit card is very dangerous and too risky cause crypto has a high volatility which means you could lose everything.
Majority does the same, Investing from the salary is the best way to make a big earning out of the investment. As quoted making an investment through credit cards were high risk involved, because it is like borrowing and making an investment. Here one with luck gets good out of the same while there are possibilities for loss as well. When we've got into cryptocurrency we do need the courage to take risk to some extent without which profiting is truly a hard task to achieve.

Most of my sources of investment money are from the bounties that I participated several months ago. I also joined trading last year and thefund I used in trading is also came from bounty and I already some significant profits from it. One of my first investment is the bitcoin and I bought it last year when its price are still low and still holding it till now.

I don't use credit card, it's too risky, borrowing money to invest in crypto is not a good idea for me.

Of course I use my own salary and a little portion from my income in my business, (don't ask me what, too complicated).
Also, in the past I am busy participating in bounty campaign, so I was able to enjoy some reward when ICO was still popular and selling.

Many of my friends and I invest money that we get paid in regular office work. Sometimes some of us earn money through freelancing directly in a crypto currency, which is convenient because it can be easily converted to Bitcoin.

My sources of investment are what I earned from bounty campaigns. Not all projects I like and I sell some to invest in those projects that I really like. I will never invest money earned at work or credit money.

The investment source that I use in investing bitcoin and crypto currencies is from the results of the partial payment of the salary that I get I prefer from the payment rather than using a credit card because the use of my credit card only makes us wasteful instead of the investment we get bill that swelled at the beginning of the month.
personally i never use my own money as investment source.i am using my bounty reward as investment source.so if its value decrease i am not worry about it.
I also started with bounty too and I was lucky to be among the people that got very great reward when bounties were still paying very much, I remember there was a bounty that I got as high as $1700 from my participation which I left there to grow and my decision to leave it was also a great one because it was among the coins that surge so high when the altcoins started booming in the last bull run, my participation in those bounties then made me get over $25k dollars after the Altcoins pump.  This 25k was what I invested in bitcoin after most coins bottomed in the bear market.

This company is one of the companies that made me invest in bitcoin late because I was also among the people that were scammed by then, so the decision to join bitcoin community was quite so hard for me till I got a clearer picture of what bitcoin stood for.

After I got a clearer picture of what bitcoin stood for and its future, I took the bold step to work into my bank, break my safe and picked some money out of it to transfer to bitcoin market which I never regret doing so because I have already gotten 7x of what I put in then, so what I am using for further investment now is the profit that I got from bitcoin after the bull run.

some of the salary that I earn every month as an employee, I set aside to buy cryptocurrency. besides that I worked on a bounty campaign, so I could invest some of the results. there are many ways for us to invest, and investing in crypto can match our abilities
I think the strategy you choose is very good because with such conditions you can grow the assets that you have and of course your trading capital becomes more, now to be able to become wealthy it must be like that, work hard to achieve what you want .

The source of my investment money was almost from the reward of the signature campaign that paid bitcoin. In cryptocurrency, I have learned a strategy to bet by joining signature campaigns and keeping all the payments I have on my wallets. Converting it all to bitcoin and just letting it have its own life until the spike goes. I also tried to do some p2p in order to make my investment multiply. But ICOs rewards and signature paying bitcoin were the main sources of my investment.
Holding the money as it is for too long period is actually an investment but if you are looking for more profits then you should learn to use it rather than just letting it sleep.Like you said you can try trading on LBC or exchange platforms to multiply what you have got on your wallet and also you can try btc to stable pair conversion for making decent profits from the sideway movement.

Luckily, all my invested money in cryptocurrency doesn't came out from my pocket. I saved all my earnings in signature campaigns and started that amount to start trading. Basically, it grew and I buy more coins and trade them, too. That's the source of my investment. Though I have my job, I still provide with my income in my tradings. There's nothing wrong if you'll get your investment from your own money. As long as it will be doubled or as long as you will gain some profits, it is fine.

I am keep investing some part of my salary into crypto currencies every month ad also from the signature campaigns.

But I am never lend any money to invest on crypto currencies because it is one of the most bad thing to be done which can cause our life to be in trouble so if anyone want to led money and want to invest because of the bull run then you still have to take all the safety measure and backup plan if that plan went wrong.

or the source of funds that I get is none other than playing the trading results and the bounty and airdrop results
so that my money keeps on going for the sake of getting the maximum profit, I myself have now gained a lot of profit from playing so many ways to get the funds
but dont worry you can get money for free from bounty don't need money from working in the real world

I have a small business here, every time I make a profit here, the 10% I earned I put in crypto every month.  I did not sell it or moved it but instead I added more because I believe in the foundation of this coins.  Hodlers always win as they say.

My source of income is my day job, a regular 9-5 that pays good. So when I learn bitcoin or crypto in general, I immediately jump on the bandwagon. I also own some stocks as well, but just like the OP, I let it sit idle and never touch it for so long. Of course we have our signature campaign payment, another source of investment specially if you're not going to touch it.

I have savings, a 6 mont bucket that I put up years ago. So that is the where my money investment came from. I also have some small business wherein I can take the profits from it and re-invest on crypto.

I believed that bitcoin is the best performing assets that's why I don't have any qualms on investing on it. Of course they are risk, but I've learn to mitigate it at some point.

My investment money comes from the businesses I own. These businesses create dependable income both active and passive which are then used for investments.

There is a great book by Robert Kiyosaki called The Cashflow Quadrant which covers this basic concept of active and passive income.
