why do I care actually ? it is their faith and luck so who am i to feel bad or something ? what I only  see is that people who have this luck should understand to spend and use their money or else they will end up losing everything in the future.
actually never that I heard something similar to this in my community or even sometimes from people that I knew but if this is true(that this is truly their first bet) then this is the prove of what we called in gambling about Beginners Luck.

I have read somewhere that if you buy lottery tickets and the government controls them, it is somehow a subtle way of "giving" hope to the poor and collecting money from them without noticing it. It's something that I read the other day.

Well, it depends. It is not necessarily only the poor who play lottery. I have had people in my family who I would consider to be middle class and they played lottery now and then through the years. I would say that if a government is behind a lottery and one can be sure the profit of the lottery is behind used to improve the life of people (instead the government stealing the funds) then I would be okey with it. I would even participate and consider it a small donation for a good cause.
In the end, one is supposed to be a responsible adult and learn how to properly manage one's finances, specially if one is going through harsh times. Of course, it is easier saying than doing it, I am aware of it.

Despite the hearsays that the government is manipulating the lottery in our country, I still have my trust on it since it's also sustaining a charity sweepstake in our country which has been helping a lot of people in need. Despite the issues, I still believe that a portion of our bet could have a good purpose.
Yes, lottery is for everyone since each ticket is affordable. Many people in our aread has been betting for a long time because of the hope that in one right number combination, their lives could changed instantly. It might be false hope to others but it's a considered chance for most betters.
I am personally more in favor of state owned lotteries rather than private ones, because I am interested in the positive social impact those can have on economically deprived communities. If gambling income can be used for a greater good beyond the sole accumulation of wealth, even better.

State owned lottery will be much better choice to us since we can assure that winnings can be surely gotten by the winner and we can say that there's less evil since they might afraid to do some manipulative techniques. Compare to private owned lotteries where manipulation is possible to happen. I can't say anything about its proceeds since its out of our line but maybe we should look at the fairness since in government owned we can see that all is fair with them.

Responsible gamblers can always manage their finances so that money that is also used to meet daily needs is not spent on gambling.
Even though there are several lotteries drawn every day if one can limit it and only use a small portion of the money then the possibility of losing large amounts of money will not occur.
In my opinion, any risks experienced by a gambler depend on how they can control themselves and finances.
After all, lottery tickets aren't that expensive either.
Risks is everything that circulates the space. Lotteries are frequently associated with good luck, and there are numerous possibilities to uncover in the system. It's simpler to place a wager on lottery games in the hopes of hitting the winning numbers. Gambling is perhaps one of the few enjoyable activities left in our otherwise dull lives. Gambling is not a regular activity that has been isolated by investors; rather, it is continuous and ongoing in the system. It has remained the principal location where most gamblers make good money year after year.

People who buy lottery tickets should be able to manage expenses to buy lottery tickets because they have to make ends meet besides buying lottery tickets. At the same time, the government may give hope to its people to buy the lottery and pay taxes on the winners.

Lottery here in our country is being run by our government and the majority of the citizen in our country are lottery bettors for many years, I personally know people who are betting for ten or more years but they still have not hit the jackpot I wonder what these people think or if you're a lottery bettor for many years and you read that one first time bettor hit a huge jackpot in a lottery.

Will you feel envious? Ok with it? or motivated?

Filipino first-time bettor wins 15 million Dirhams in Dubai lottery
Gambling is majorly based on luck that is why we could see someone that had been gambling for many years still yet not making a good profits from gambling. Someone new might start gambling on a particular sport of game and start making good profits. Gambling does not know whether a person had been in the field for long or not, anything can happen anything that is why we should be ready to follow the latest trend so that we can am earn money from the games we are paying or betting on.
Nothing about the lottery?

It is based on luck, that is true. But in the lottery, there are also theories that they may have been altering the winning numbers so that it will target a set of numbers that will have no winners, or if there is, it is just a ghost. So, I don't think luck applies to that if there is cheating happening inside, although that's not proven yet.
Envy will be the first emotion that a long-time lottery bettor will feel when he/she discovers that a first-time bettor would win the jackpot. The unfairness will be the first that will come out of their mind. I mean, that is how I will feel. And I bet there will be gossip about the winner having a connection with the lottery owner/management themselves.

Seeing someone winning that kind of amount makes me happy, as long as they can utilize it entirely and be smart about how they will be handling it. A lot of people are having a hard time because of mishandling. Those who have won and lost after a few months don't have any plans with it, and I think that's pretty common. It's just a waste of energy to be jealous of it or something. You cannot do something about it.

Your point about the government controlling and manipulating lotteries for their own benefit might be right but I think people shouldn't just buy tickets blindly without checking if there is enough transparency from the authorities managing the lotteries. If they don't disclose the winners publicly or don't give away any big rewards to anyone, people would eventually come to know about this scam and they should avoid buying tickets for such lotteries.

Poor people usually use a portion of their hard-earned money in these lotteries only with the hope that maybe someday their destiny will change and they will win a life-changing amount through one of these lotteries, but if governments manipulate the results only to have the money, that's too bad.

But if anyone thinks buying the lottery could change their life, that's up to them. They must be able to accept the fact that it will not be easy because lottery tickets require luck to be the winner. And when there are people around us who really manage to win their lottery tickets, we don't need to feel jealous because it means their luck has come and allows them to win a lot of money.

Even if you trust your government held lottery, ideally they would try to implement a system which is trustless and easy to verify by anyone I test in the country, more transparency could be translated to more people convinced the game is not rigged against them they could even feel more encouraged to give the lottery a chance.

I am personally more in favor of state owned lotteries rather than private ones, because I am interested in the positive social impact those can have on economically deprived communities. If gambling income can be used for a greater good beyond the sole accumulation of wealth, even better.

Gambling is for fun and something that would really be heavily relying with luck on which it would really be just that understandable that it would really be needing up that kind of approach on which you arent really that

making yourself that too optimistic on the time that you do make out some bets specially on lottery. You would really be finding the situation on OP had been stated on having that first time bettor at the same time it did really able to hit up a jackpot on lottery which is something that it is really that very rare considering that most of these winners are really the ones who had been long time betting before they do able to hit up
plus its not something that you could really just simply be able to do so. Lotteries does really need that extreme luck for you to win up and it is really just cant really be that avoided that you would really got jealous into those people who had been able to hit up with their first time.

Well, there's nothing we can do about it on which there are really people who are really that extremely lucky on this world and the thing we could only do is to be happy on what they have achieved.
Getting envious is normal but well its a common reaction.

Many people are inspired by the successes of others and are looking to replicate that for themselves. I get that, but if you'll be inspired on the success of a gambler then it's something that you should drop immediately. No one really succeeds in gambling that much, except for those who are using their luck too much, or have found a loophole that isn't getting patched any time soon. Good for the lottery winners in getting a big pot, though hopefully they learn that the money they received isn't limitless and it's going to run out soon due to mishandling and overindulging.

Comparison is the thief of joy, you need to make your own way in life and be content with your choices that come from that. You should seek to pick up clues and advice on how people became successful, then utilize them to build your own path. Success is not always about being super rich, like gaining millions from a lottery win, but finding a state of peace and even achieving an average income that you can survive on. Financial freedom is great as well, but it takes a long time for anyone to acquire by themselves. Some people get lucky in life, but you should always assume that you will have to grind your way over a long time period and only then might you get happy bonuses along the way.

I will truly feel motivated to continue to bet consistently if I had the opportunity to do so because I had the belief that I will also hit the jackpot in the nearest future, lottery is a game of luck, all participants has the slightest and equal chances of winning or hitting the jackpot, envying a jackpot winner wouldn't change anything rather iit will encourage bettors to be convinced that winning the jackpot is real therefore I will continue to bet as usual provided that the money spent on betting is what I can afford to lose and I will avoid placing a multiple bets to increase my chances of hitting the jackpot just to avoid being addicted.

For a long time bettor I think they will feel envious but for those who are not betting seriously or haven't tried betting in lottery yet, they are okay with it and maybe motivated to do the same thing? That bettor is so lucky. He won a relatively huge amount even if he is only betting for the first time. I guess that is what they call a beginners luck. It happened to me a lot of time after I signed up and try my first few bets in an online casino.

The only difference is the amount that I won. They are not that huge enough. It might be a kind of lure for an online casino but for a local lottery? I don't think so because they are giving millions here. Even if you come back often, it will still be hard for you to spend all of you winnings back in the game.

Life change in a single lottery win. It is time for him to act wise and use it in the right way to make his life better. Some people easily get into the ease of life and spend lavishly and finds it hard to live after some time period. Same time he should also keep it secure as he can receive threats. In my country a person who won lottery hide himself for weeks and later the reason behind was the relatives who kept disturbing him with money request. Winning a lottery is enjoyable and only with our activities we can make it the best.
Some may be envious of this person, however a great deal of the lottery winners end up wishing they never did, some buy all kind of useless stuff and lose all their money in a few years, others cannot control themselves and end up being addicted to drugs or other substances and from that moment on all kind of bad things happen to them, or like in the example you give their family and friends begin to ask for loans they have no intention to pay, then the lottery winner gets tired of their attitude and they lose a few relationships as they are not willing to keep giving them money anymore.
If you are that someone who do end up on having no financial management then for sure you would really be losing all of those winnings in due time if you arent mindful on utilizing those amounts on

putting it on a business or investment. You would definitely be regreting that kind of decision or action you had been made because we know that it isnt really just that you cant be able to get back
those money once you have been able to spent. There are lots of stories on which into those individuals who had really lost back on what they had won in lottery on which if they had just that been wise
on managing those winning amounts or funds then they might have able to change up their lives completely without needing on going back because of what they did.

Its normal that you would really be having that feeling on being envious on what you had seen considering that there are lots of bettors who had been betting for how many years but
until now, you didnt or wasnt able to hit up the jackpot. Financial management would really vary on each individual.

This is what we called luck and destined to win the jackpot, imagine the emotion of many bettors after reading this, I'm sure many will be very envois about this one. Personally, I'm not since I'm not betting it lottery that much and I'm not expecting to win as well, its like a million of probability for me to beat the system. This is not the first time that a Filipino won the lottery in other countries, its good that they are finding their luck there and living a good life too, hope they will spend the money correctly.
