Before participating on a bounty, we need to have proper research so that we may get into the best one for avoiding the shitcoins which will have no more value. I always prefer to participate in some good campaigns with higher ranked members.

Then you couldn't do anything about it it is up to the market if what you hold or what you get would have a value,
Because honestly I don't think that most of the ICO's nowadays really have a value some of them are just a scam.
So if you have a token that doesn't have a value then there is nothing that you could do just wait till it gets a value .

You didn't earn tons of tokens, you did earn tons of shit tokens. So, you have nothing to do without throwing away those as garbage. Before participating any bounty campaign, please consider having research.

The crypto world is growing everyday even with the rise and fall of the crypto market, that hasn't stop the massive growth happening now. Altcoin particularly has evolved that even noobs find it promising to lay hands on some coin.

Yes with a good and lucky trading you can earn some good money from crypto. Also through investing in an ICO or doing some bounty hunting you could find yourself with tons of tokens.

So months after months, you've earned yourself with tons of tokens but currently doesn't have much value or you just don't know what to do with them. You keep getting that hunch that your tokens will blow one day and you will lambo.

The truth is, we never can tell which project will eventually succeed or fail, we can only do research and hope it succeed like following up the project and see if any positive progress is happening. Many tokens dumped shortly after ICO and has been dead since while some are fairly stable. Personally, im a hodler because i believe cryptocurrency is a gamble which we sometime win some or lose some, so i HODL hoping in the long run some will succeed.

So, what do you do with your numerous tokens? Do you convert them to fiat or Hodl the ones you can?
just hold the token I have and wait for the price to rise high and sell it, it won't sell the token if the price is still low

I'm not a hodler at all. I like to see my assets work and I make it work every day. For me, it is pretty strange to watch tokens lose in value and hope they're gonna moon one day.

I don't think some people understand how tokens get value, some people wake up someday and think they should have their own tokens without any usecase(s), this is the problem with most of these tokens, they are not solving any problem and no one is attaching value to they because no demand in market for them

It depends on my trust and understanding about the potentials of the project. Quite often than not, I sell half of the tokens if valuable and hold the other half because no one can tell exactly how valuable a token can be in the future.
That seems like a nice compromise, you sell some of your coins and in the case those coins become valuable you are still holding enough of them to give you some nice profits, that strategy is not going to give you the best profits but it's an option that no matter what happens will give you some earnings and that is not bad at all if what you're looking for are for consistent profits.
Honestly, I wouldn't see that as a compromise because some tokens really aren't holding, often at times the project team are also in for the money only and they don't care about the future of the project. I'd rather sell If I have lost my trust in the project then I'll invest it in some other project I trust and have a better understanding of. Personally, that's what I deem fit!

When I join the signature campaigns of the ICO, I see two possibilities: to join the campaign with a good perspective for the development of the project and the growth of the token being released. In this case, the earnings may not always be large, but I leave these tokens for storage and expect a significant increase in the price of the token. This waiting time may be different, because it depends on the type of finished product and the period of the project development. Here you need to at least periodically receive information about the progress of the project.
You can also join the ICO signature campaign, where there is no confidence in the prospects of the project, but after receiving the tokens, you can make good money on them by exchanging them either for fiat or for more promising coins or tokens.

It is okay to earn lots of bounty tokens. For me, I just wait for it to be listed on the exchange so that I can sell it on the exchange. I am not buying that exchange tokens that is listed on etherdelta etc. Patience is just the key for you to earn more profit.

If you are sure that your tokens will grow because the team is very acctive, has a really nice idea how to change the world, then you could try hold them.
But in many cases, your tokens will slowly die and your portfolio will become less valuable.

Now you sell the coins if they are at a good price, if they are not at a good price then you have to be ready to hold the tokens for a while before the price of the coins get better and then you can sell. For most bounty hunters they just prefer to sell the tokens as soon as they get them and convert them to a more sustainable coin like bitcoin or ethereum

I agree with you. you can't sell tokens now. it is necessary to wait until startup products start to make a profit. then the cost of these tokens will enrich the holders.

Tokens are very difficult to guess when you need to make a decision to sell. The easiest to sell at any price, even falling to very low. This is a developer problem to solve.

So, what do you do with your numerous tokens? Do you convert them to fiat or Hodl the ones you can?

I prefer convert them to Fiat when the prices rise. Or sell some of them to buy another coins. Commonly, I sell my bounty tokens to buy top 20 altcoins on coinmarketcap. I think it is the best way to keep investment in cryptocurrency.

I am looking for good opportunities for trading  with them and have profit on them and then convert them into BTC and ETH.
Only the most perspective ones I leave for long Hodling.

Cryptocurrency is a risk: either you lose or you gain. It's better to just HODL tokens though not every token will boom.

I'm holding 99% of tokens I earned doing bounties, prices are too low not to sell and even if I know that many of these project could fall and disappear in next 2 years I'm quite confident that there are others that will have a big rise. I don't need that money now so I still continue to hold.

you should play with it on the exchanges once its listed. if you have been here long enough, you probably noticed most coins dip after its listed on exchanges so if you have the change to try to sell and buy back, it will be fun. over time you'll realize if you only have big budget for trading, you may have earned a lot from the tokens you got from bounties.

I keep my coins, which got into the company of generosity, now it is not profitable to sell my coins, too little value. I will wait for the market after the correction will go up.
