if you are talking about JPC, then yes. Accepted shares are down to 89.48% for me atm. should be around 99%
I am just using scripts which monitor logs from stratum-engine to check them for last 24 hours.
All users only have "invalid" and "not found"(too late) from zero up to less than 1% of their shares.
And only five users have some more, but even less than 2-3%. And nobody has around 10%.
