GCN coin is building an exchange, IRCEX, and is looking to add coin for testing. Might want to look into it, and see if Zeit should collaborate since GCN has been around about as long as Zeit.
If they are building the exchange, then they will decide what coins to add.
Since they are building the exchange, what would they need us to collaborate on?
If Greg wants to add zeitcoin to his exchange , he is free to do so, our source code & bootstrap.dat links are on the OP.
If he did add our coin to his exchange, we would promote it on our OP in the list with the other exchanges.
Aside from that, I don't see any other ways to collaborate.

Can other people also push Trade Satoshi to update their wallet? I hsve my coins stuck in the middle 
Their wallet is on the latest version, they just received the support ticket yesterday that their wallet was out of sync.
With any luck , they may be synced by Monday.
Create your own support ticket with them and ask them for an ETA.
Yes I did. And they said they don't have an ETA. It's a 6 days worth of block data I supppse it should have been done by now :/

1. Be sure your wallet is locked /encrypted while syncing
(Unlocked wallets try to stake and that slows down your sync.)
(Only unlock the wallet to stake after you are fully synced. Blue Check-mark appears in the lower right hand corner when synced)
2. Make sure your PC is set to the correct time.
3. Be sure you have opened your firewall, so it is not blocking your wallet.
In windows, control panel, windows firewall, click allow a program thru windows firewall, add zeitcoin-qt.exe

Looks like Tradesatoshi's wallet isnt syncing anymore. They are only synced upto block 4656291 - 18th May 2018.
Opened a Support ticket for them to restart their wallet so it will sync with the network.
Give them a day or two to get in sync.

What does syncing 707052418 mean?
It means they placed the wallet in maintenance while it syncs with the network.
I guessing time it was placed in maintenance: 7:07 05/24/18
