I don't know if it messed it up, but I downloaded the new windows wallet and ran it, did that fuck things up?  I didn't even have a .conf file in my appdata folder, it was in the original file from day1 where they had all 3 wallets in the zip.

Poolers is not a scam... geez I'm tired of seeing that said by 1 or 2 people in here. They do a great job on their other pool and I'm sure in time other good working pools will follow from poolers...they have never scammed me or ripped me off in anyway mining with them for over 5 very happy and satisfied weeks...

You are telling me its been a long process today and was really excited when I had 2 members actually have it start up and sync.

I will still offer a bounty for this I will give my dev this task again tomorrow when he comes back online.

I feel bad that I keep giving you guys a hard time, but this is not working for me and I, too, am on 10.9.2.  I have looked for preference files and anything else that may have inadvertently been dropped by the older ones and I can find nothing that should be affecting this.  It's quite frustrating.

I see this isn't Working, but wroking[sic], which explains why it's STILL NOT WORKING.  Now it just "unexpectedly quits" the moment it tries to open.  It's a different error, but that's as good as it gets.

Can't you speak to ANY OTHER COIN DEVELOPER and fix this?  ANY? 
 
I have Mint, Doge, Lite, Ruby, etc.... and they all work.  Surely somebody can give you a hand with this.

Just wanted to let everyone know, this guy runs a scam pool. His BlackCoin pool front-end went down for about 12 hours yesterday. He assured everyone that shares were not lost and to keep mining.

When the pool came up everyone got 1/4th the credits they were supposed to. He had 3 GH on that pool, which works out to about 1.25 million blackcoins over that period. Roughly 12.37 BTC was not paid out! The only response to the accusations was "Sorry for the inconvenience" and no further response in the thread. As someone who has run pools in the past, I know these coins were not lost, they still go the wallet as mined coins. Only the payouts were broken.

Maybe it was intentional, maybe it was incompetence, either way, consider yourself warned.

I can verify it's working on 10.9.2 for OSX users.

Here is what happened.  

I had the pool ready to go just waiting for the wallet source.  The downloads were released and there was no source.  Many pool admins started asking for the source in IRC. I saw more than one url, none of which came from a person with @ before their name, so I expected there would be a lot of spam links like there often is during big launches.  At this point the rest of the pools go to the provided link, get it compiled, and are up and running.  Meanwhile I am still hung up on getting a link from an admin or on the first post, so I was waiting.

I didnt take the pool live until a half hour after launch time, meanwhile all of the miners we had lined up to mine with us left for other pools.  We were doing between 1 and 15 MH/s through the night and found 0 blocks.  There was no withholding of payments or scamming going on. If the pool were to find a block right now, it would payout within 3 minutes of getting its confirmations. There were just a few people that didn't leave when everyone else did and their kilohashes didn't make anything on their own.  This pool uses a prop payout system not pps. If no blocks are found, there are no coins to payout.

It is understandable to be upset that you wasted a launch night.  But, you are only victim of an unfortunate situation caused by hysteria among thousands of people and my delayed launch.  I would never scam anyone.
