Topic: ziku 65 scammer tried to scam $35000 using fake escrow email (Read 671 times)

Moderators don't moderate scams. That's what red trust ratings are for.

ziku also tried to scam me by providing "the best escrow" monbux fake contact.
The chat over skype was very weird as he wanted to do it immediatelly over his prefered Escrow.
When I insisted on using another escrow like OGnasty he wasnt happy, after a while he gave up and stoped communicating at all (skype or forum), and mentioned then in his thread he "waits for a better offer" allthough my offer was great.
I have notified the mods about him a few times. Nothing happend now for weeks.
If the mods are not blocking/banning such a scammer than there is nothing more to say about this forum. Self moderated threads should be forbidden in this section.

yes ziku65 scammer wanted that it looks like that that email come from escrow and that it looks like we deal with escrow, but in fact it was fake escrow email
I would suggest to better communicate via forum PM directly with escrow.

Just an observer here. As I mentioned countless times on my past posts, escrow is the safest way forward and it is never wise to rely on any information, be they emails or screen shots or any payment information, provided by the person you are transacting with. Always discuss escrow matters with the escrow directly.

Can't comment more, given the toxic and volatile language on this thread.

You keep saying that nobody knows what "evidence" means, yet you can't produce any, especially when being asked to defend your innocence. That's the reason why you're red-tagged. When someone opens a scam accusation on you, it's your job to prove that you're not a scammer. It's not your job to try and turn it around on the accuser, unless you're able to procure evidence (as you keep bringing up) that they are, in fact, the scammer.

janismm88 and ziku65 discussed a deal over skype (ziku65 is selling miners). janismm88 received an e-mail from monbux.bitcointalk @ gmail (screenshot on page 1 of this thread) asking to send money.

ziku65 claimed to have received the same e-mail and accused janimm88 of sending it but ziku65 was not able to produce a copy of that e-mail. ziku65 was also unable to produce chat logs but did not dispute the key elements of janismm88's story, i.e. there was indeed a conversation about a deal etc.

ziku65 is also refusing to post photos of more than one miner (claims to have 50+) and sells via locked self-moderated thread forcing inquiries into skype.

And now enter Danos who was also previously involved in a similar fake escrow debacle.

The rest of the thread is mostly ziku65's profane outbursts.

So who's the actual victim here?
