The thing is, the only aspect of the design that's original is the text and the QR code. Everything else was taken from here, http://www.fr33aid.com/1208/our-new-shirts-are-the-bomb/ which could lead to problems if Zobr was to try to sell this shirt. It's also not the best attempt to remove the black background behind the BTC
He can sell actually, it is not the same image.
And if your aim is to burn your competitors you failed.

He can not sell this design on a shirt without the explicit permission from the designer.
Did you see me point out any others? No, I love competition. As a professional designer I wouldn't want people stealing my designs, so that's why I decided to point it out. Obvious copyright violations would arise if Zobr were to sell these.
