Not to disagree, but crypto coins are also referred as tokens. It would be weird for an IOU to all of a sudden start trading after I think it started trading on Bittrex, and then for this IOU to have a million dollar volume.
If anything the price difference could be because it's trading in CNY and not BTC.

No. They just announced it will be delisted, I think along with other coins.

Whats going on with the price.. is dct traded very high on hitbtc and yuanbao but lower on bittrex?
hitbtc and yuanbao are probably still on IOU phase.
When will the DCT bounty distribution begin? I've participated a year ago, hoping soon there is good news for everything.

Where to take key when you first start the purse? 
To get a key, you have to create an account on decentgo.com. Or you can create one from the wallet, but you have to use command line, and another account has to pay a small fee. Decentgo pays the fee when you create an account there. There you can get your private key and log in from your desktop.
