Have joined the signature campaign but noticed that there's no status whether i'm approved or not in the list of participants. Joined since 19th August.

To be sincere, the signature bounty rule of a thing rule really not clear to me, The rule seems to be ambiguous, it can be interpreted in different form.
So what exactly isn't clear according to you?
Simply said: 1 stake for joining the campaign, one more stake for each week during which you keep signature in your profile. Then if you want to earn more stakes you need to make first compulsory 20 posts and afterwards you get a stake for each 30 posts with DECENT signature.
All the forms for individual requests, spam report, list of participants and membership rank change are included on the first page of this thread.

please have a look at those campaigns. None of them had so much lower rank abuse.
I got no reply to the google form i submitted either.
So the 50% bonus rule has changed, now on the first day to include only the first x number of DECENT purchased. How will people know when that number has been reached?
Finally how can we really say a DCT is worth 1/5000 of Bct when we don't know how many DCT there are. Surely if 1 Billion DCT are sold. The price of a DCT will be less than if only 10 million DCT are sold?

Looks like a promising project. I'll probably invest and mine along with signature bounty. One question, I'm curious to know what type of content will be better forbidden? That along with How you plan on enforcing the forbidden content..
They cannot forbid anything, because it's decentralized. Nobody has control.
I have an idea about this, who has many negative votes, should be offset by other posts, so create a total reputation system like bct forum trust system.

From what I've read, heard, it's a life time reputation, so just like in eBay, if someone has a low reputation, people will not purchase/support them from them.

No, you filled it when you joined the campaign. We will simply count how many posts you did since then and manually check if you still have the signature in it.
Can anyone here tell me how will user receive there bounties. Becasue till date no idea of wallet or any such thingss where we can accept it.

Will I get something if I change my signature in october? There will be 10 weeks with signature for example (started in august).

You will get the amount of stakes that you have earned for wearing the signature. When you change your signature in October you will get stakes according to how many weeks have you been wearing it. So let's say from the beginning of the campaign until you change it. (one stake every week, plus more stakes for posting according to the campaign rules)
