Who knows what will happen. Only time will tell with the future of this coin. If it is going to be a success then it will succeed in time. Devs are around it is just that they are busy hopefully with updating and making improvements with the wallet and adding in new features and making a better future for it. I would like to see sites accepting this but seems not many services to use this on yet. Would be nice if I could use coins for other stuff than to mine and trade.

I have a digital service assert for crypto currency promotions, HZCHRONOS. This is actually being used, holding value, and has months booked in advance. Far as I know this is the only successful one of its kind, although others have come and gone elsewhere. (volume is low, but it has spiked up to 15x the starting price briefly, and I will be supporting it long term)

The team never left. There are some changes with the foundation, but I think this is mostly related to being more effective with funds and such, which is a good thing overall. I am quite certain they/we have a strong interest in Horizon being successful.

I was actually one of them, tho' the fiat I had was too slow in coming for me to buy at ~40 (sigh.)

Strangely, I was buying because the recent plunge of HZ had whittled down my capital reserve for the Assets I'm running. I loaded up so as to have a bigger cushion for my buyback bids.

Well I know its running fine now I got 2 small payments but only for like 90 coins and 80 coins is this normal? and dependent on how much activity it has had ?

The amount of coins you receive from the bounty are determined by how many other nodes are also active. The less nodes, the more the bounty and vice-versa.

I spoke with some guys from that group before - We had some mutual interest in the AT feature, but it seemed to go unnoticed / not cared about by the community over there. We have had a guy working on our own form of AT (acquired from the NFD merger) and were planning on collaborating, but as you said, they seemed to have died.
