This is not the first time your site has crashed or gateway timeouts right before big matchs and I couldnt get my bet in,, this is unacceptable from a sportsbook.. please fix the issues

Early this am the site was offline for almost 5 hours.
But much worse, no one from the site posted in their thread at bitcointalk.org, no one (as far as I know from their thread and from my own experience) responded to pm's, email, their Twitter, their Facebook, etc.
This level of non-response is unacceptable and unprofessional, and no book should behave this way and have a B+.

Not only all of this, but they've now been back up for 10.5 hours, and not a word about this from them in their thread.
No apology, no acknowledgement, no explanation.
Up until this point, for my purposes Nitrogen was the best btc book.
But if I ever give them any more business - which is questionable - I will no longer deposit anymore than the amount of a bet, and will withdraw as soon as I win.
And even then, I don't feel secure.
This will also cost them a lot of the business I was giving them, as I was leaving btc on deposit there. With many bets I make I won't have time to get them the bet amount and get the bet in, so will be using other books for many bets.
Are these growing pains or something more serious?
I don't know.
But I do know that their behaviour is 100% unprofessional. And totally unacceptable.
It takes a long time to build trust, but that trust can easily and quickly be permanently lost.
Incidents like this remind us that we are giving our funds to businesses with no names, no addresses, no phone numbers, no registration, no legal requirements of any kind as officially they don't exist.
