"Betcoin.ag - Scams, Scandals, and Shadiness Galore" by TwitchySeal

http://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/showthread.php?11404-Betcoin-ag-Scams-Scandals-and-Shadiness-Galore

The owner of PokerFraudAlert, Dan Druff,  responds:

"...this site sounds shady as hell, and you should stay far, far away."

And:

"Sounds like this place absolutely cannot be trusted."

And:

"Pretty awful.

Anyone who continues to patronize these scumbags is a fool."

Other comments in the thread:

How Quaint discussing the Affiliate Manager and General Manager:

"I came to the conclusion that not only were these guys clueless about poker, that they were also liars. They run a shitty business and use shady tactics. Furthermore, they don't even understand the business they are in, so I can't support them then..."

anchordraw:

"pokerscout says this site has a 7 day average of 28 players, with a 24hr peak of 50.

how are they making enough money to stay open?"

If the management are shady and run a shitty unsustainable business on the poker side, does anyone feel there will be any difference on the sportsbook side?
I don't.

Books- Anyone offering Super Bowl squares or specials?

snip

Just curious.. why are you limiting the squares to only "loyal" members? I feel like squares would attract a lot of business to your website, as I would imagine it would be easy to implement and you could possibly attract some big time players who would probably do .05-.1 a square.  I think it would be pretty beneficial to allow anyone to play and maybe instead of splitting up the pot per quarter, just say that the final score winner will get 99% of the pool and the website gets 1%, or something like that.

Just my two satoshis though..

Anyone can play squares!

If there is demand for more pools, and even high roller ones - we'll support it!

Oh ok, cool! I definitely love playing squares, the bar I go to has squares all the time for everything... so it's nice to see squares being done in the bitcoin gambling business as well.  I'll definitely think about placing a bet, just need to sign up first.  So you only do this during the Super Bowl?

We've done Squares for the Super Bowl and March Madness for the past 3 years. (We were formerly CasinoBitco.in in case you don't recognize the BitcoinRush.io domain)

Hey Peeps - We have quite a few going on!!

Super Bowl Blackjack Contest
For this year's Super Bowl, BitcoinRush.io is proud to offer a Blackjack Contest where the user who plays the most hands of Blackjack (min 1 mBTC) between now and the end of the Super Bowl Game will win 1 Bitcoin, and the Runner-Up will win 0.5 Bitcoin - all with no strings attached - you can cash-out immediately!

Checkout the current leaderboard, which is updated real-time, to see how you are faring with the competition!

Squares, Props, and the Current Odds

Squares
Just like the past 3 years, we are offering Squares Pools  to our loyal players! At the moment we have 2 pools, a free version where we've added 500 mBTC to the prize pool, and a paid version where the cost to play is just 25 mBTC per square. If we fill up quickly and there is more demand, we'll open up more pools before the Big Game!

The MOST Prop Bets
Right now we have over 500 different Prop Bets available to bet on with Bitcoin. This list will grow as we get closer to the game, so be sure to check them out daily!

Current Odds
It all comes down to just two teams for the Lombardi Trophy with the Carolina Panthers currently 5.5 point favorites over the Denver Broncos. Whether you want to bet the full-game, the first-half, or even the second-half, be sure to checkout the odds at the BitcoinRush.io Sportsbook!

Betcoin posted a promo offering credits for posting positive reviews of their site.
I think it was necessary to post 10 positive reviews.

So any positive comments on this book are suspect.

As Peeps has noted in the past, end of NFL season is a good time to withdraw as much as possible from sportsbooks and be super cautious, as shaky books will often wait till NFL season is over before closing down.

This is btc - it costs a few cents to redeposit and it is received almost instantly, so no reason not to play it safe for awhile.

great advice.

Hi ,

I am waiting for a withdraw for 0.16 BTC ( not a big amount ) for more than 72 hours on cloudbet.com

As soon as I reiceve the withdrawal in my BTC address I will update my post.

Thanks

If this is true then its really not good but you should add some proofs. Were you playing in casino or sports and were you playing with any sort of promo/bonus (don't know if they have some or not)?

Have you contacted support?

Today in the morning I have received my withdrawals, I think there was a delay because I have tried to withdraw on friday in the morning and it was the weekend , but my problem solved on Monday , so after all everything is ok.

Thanks

Thanks for the update.
