cloudbet live betting is suxx, unfair
if you want to place a bet then you have to wait at least 5 secounds, this is common
but if the price is going down at this time then your bet will be refused, but
if the price is going up your bet will be accepted at the lower price

for example

i tried to place a bet at 1.75
i was waiting for the bet accepted ,  i can see that the page refresed and the price was 2.0 but
cloudbet accepted my bet at 1.75"

Has anyone had problems with either Cloudbet or BetBTC? Cloudbet was downgraded due to customer support as well as withdrawal times not being consistent. Both problems seem to be fixed.

The only problem with BetBTC is liquidity.

Is there any reason not to upgrade both books?

What evidence is there that Cloudbet's cs issues are fixed?
I know they posted here that they've fixed the problem.
But over the last year they've stated the same thing several times but the cs response never improved.

The only thing that I have to go on is that their thread is clean as well as interaction with Cloudbet stating that the average response time has changed from 22.6 hours to 3 hours.

BetBTC.co | Sports Betting | Instant Payments
We have already added a ton of extra sports and leagues to BetBTC. (Horse-Racing still incoming)

Positive Feedback keeps coming on our topic like the  deposits, freebet requests and liquidity.
Features like instant deposits, live chat support, API betting, anonymous betting and more were released.
We are operating for more than 1 year.

Our C- rating on this topic keeps unchanged  Sad

The only thing holding you back is liquidity. It's checked often. There will be some upgrades/downgrades in the next couple of weeks.

We have more than 1000 Open Markets. More than 90% of those have currently some liquidity, some even more than 1 Bitcoin.

All our liquidity is currently placed by API bets from our users and liquidity providers. We are a betting exchange and not a bookmaker.

Following a similar logic, you shouldn't blame / rate low a bitcoin exchange because it has low liquidity compared to others if it offers a good service and is reliable (Think on Gox as example or BTCChina vs Bitstamp. Are they better just because they have bigger volumes?).

You should look at our offered odds more and realize they are currently the best on the industry and not focus too much on other aspects as you are currently doing.

What liquidity are you currently considering as minimum satisfation?  There are more than 200 Bitcoins in deposits, big part is currently on Markets. We can reduce the market / events / league / sport offer to concentrate liquidity, but we don't think that's the way to go ( we are by opposite expanding that offer).

Anonibet downgraded from "A" to "C+" - Anonibet is a good book but they aren't able to meet the standard set where a majority of withdrawals shall be made within 15 minutes. A book must meet the 15 minute withdrawal mark to have a rating of "B-" or above.

DirectBet raised from "C" to "C+" - DirectBet's down time has decreased. What's keeping DirectBet from a higher rating are lines with a very high hold along with the confiscation of a player's bet and winnings. Margins will have to decrease along with the player's confiscated funds paid back in order for a higher grade.

The standard for a book to be "B-" or above is high.

"A" rated books
NitrogenSports A+ (2012)

"B"rated books
Betcoinsports B+ (2013)
Jetwin B+ (2013)
Casinobitcoin B (2013)

"C" rated books
Anonibet C+ (2011
Cloudbet C+ (2013)
DirectBet C+ (2014)
Fairlay C (2014)
Betmoose C- (2014)
OLEBitcoin C- (2013)*
Predictious C- (2013)
Betbtc C- (2014)

"D" rated books
Premiumtradings D+ (2014)

Peeps Place - "I agree that a downgrade is warranted. I made a personal withdrawal a while back that took longer than 15 minutes. They weren't downgraded at that time since no one else has been posting about withdrawals not meeting the 15 minute guideline."

No one is posting about anything for the most part in the Anonibet thread. They're not even bothering to shill for themselves in the thread. 6 posts in the last 6 weeks, mostly from people with this problem:

"Bump

Recieved this today

NO ACCESS TO SITE.

I am NOT in any of the following countries

"Depending on Anonibet Casino Partners’s rules, access to Anonibet Casino and some games may be restricted in the following countries: Cyprus, Denmark, France ,French Guiana ,French Polinesia ,French Southern Territories ,Guadeloupe ,Hong Kong ,Israel ,Martinique ,Mayotte ,Reunion ,United States Minor Outlying Islands and USA."

I have the same problem there.

They are using a site for ip verification which is way out of date.

I log in from a country that they accept, yet I get the same "NO ACCESS TO SITE." message.
Apparently the ip address I'm on used to be a USA ip, is now from another country for about 6 months at least, but anonibet is still reading it as a USA ip.

One of several reasons I rarely visit the site.

Anonibet is the only book I know of that does not offer NHL totals including OT/shootout.

They only use the Euro version of regulation time only.

Every other book that offers the Euro version also offers the OT/shootout version.

Very narrow on many of their offerings.

If 5 minutes  is the acceptable amount of time to receive a btc withdrawal, why isn't Anonibet downgraded?

Their site states very clearly that it's 1-2 hours during the hours they have staff working, and 10 hours when they're off.

How can this not drop them several grades?

This is not acceptable.  This is not an "A" grade book.

Why is every other book held to a 5 minute standard, and they get 10 hours yet remain an "A" book?

'Withdrawal request made after 22:00 GMT will be processed the next day after 8:00 GMT"
This is primitive.

I agree that a downgrade is warranted. I made a personal withdrawal a while back that took longer than 15 minutes. They weren't downgraded at that time since no one else has been posting about withdrawals not meeting the 15 minute guideline.

There's a current complaint in their thread. Let's wait to see what happens with that before determining how much Anonibet should be downgraded.

Time for a Nitrogen downgrade for their disappointing cs tonite.

On and offline for hours, no response to the many people in their thread asking what's going on.

I sent them an email over an hour ago, no response.

They've been having trouble staying online all week it appears from their thread.

If no one is going to maintain their bitcointalk thread overnite, they need to set up forwarding to their support department during those hours.

But of course if their support is taking over an hour to respond, they have other problems and need adequate staff.

I talked with Nitrogen. DDoS attacks put a strain on support times but everything is back to normal.

I made a withdrawal during the period they were going on and offline, and received it within 5 minutes.

I made another which took longer (not sure how long, I went to sleep after waiting about an hour) but they may have gone offline again when I tried the 2nd withdrawal so understandable.

Someone at Nitrogen cs really should keep track of their thread  while things like that are happening.
A lot of worried players in that thread due to the lack of response by Nitrogen.

Betcoin has abandoned their Betcoin Poker thread.

Apparently rather than trying to answer questions (after stating "Ask us. There are no difficult questions") they've decided to stop responding at all to anyone.

Hi folks,

Pleased to report that our customer service average first response time has dropped dramatically in the last month - it is now less than half of what it previously was. Hope you've been benefiting from improved service!

Cheers,
