[So if the odds improve for the bet we are trying to make, we get the original now worse odds.
But if the odds worsen, we get the worse odds.
Correct?]

I was able to login to Nitro about 30 minutes ago.

Not sure what the problem was, never got that specific error message before.

Don't know what caused the problem, emailed Nitro some info in case it helps them.

But so far so good for the last 30 minutes.

I see that in the Nitro thread a few others having the problem currently though.

Very fast email response to Nitro when I sent them a "Can't login" email - 11 minutes from my sending the email to my getting a response.

We couldn't give them access to it as would be impossible for us to track who is posting what, and the way that customer service is run is quite complex. Every issue needs to be tracked and often needs input from different teams.

The purpose of our thread - as we see it - is to have open dialog with the community about what their needs and wants are, any feedback they have, and to exchange ideas to improve the quality of our service. We also use it to make announcements. We most certainly aren't ignoring customers in the thread - we're simply asking them to email us if it is a support inquiry, as that will ensure they get a response within a few hours.

Our Asian studio isn't closed - we have just had to restrict access to customers from certain jurisdictions.

Customers from anywhere in the world can play at our South American studio.

Thanks gogo. I should have gone back a littler further. There were a lot of problems even in December. We'll hold off a while for Cloudbet.
