Finally just got graded. I guess with rain delay games the software does not a very good job.so took like 38 hours.

gogo - We could use your input. It seems that you play at most of the bitcoin books as well as having knowledge of the fiat books. Good and bad is appreciated.

Directbet almost running the business almost 2 years now and you still provide C rate even you know many people gives directbet A rates here in your thread are you make this objectively for sure?. I thought they are deserve B rate now.
No doubt directbet had the most people wanted sportsbook as they give us instant payout that clearly prevent any delay payouts (days/weeks and scam)

All books are currently being looked at and updates should come out next week. There are many that do like DirectBet. Outside of instant payments, what other advantages do you feel that DirectBet has over other books?
There range of live bets is sure impressive -the odd provider they deal with covers plenty of events-, I like live betting on smaller tennis tournaments and I don't find them in any other book (sometimes Anonibet offer smaller tournaments but usually only major tournaments are available for live betting), The amount and number of events they cover as a whole is impressive and live tennis odds are mostly at the same level as bet365's and not bad at all. the live baseball odds are comical though...
Also there customer support is great, they always solved my messages within an hour or two maximum and were always very nice and polite while I had some tickets waiting for ~7 hours to just get a reply in another book *cloudbet cough*.

Okay then directbet should be A rate if their odds competitive like another books i mean currently durectbet have a little bit low odds. +1 customer service for directbet working very well , i don't like waiting for long and directbet have very good response on it when we have a question or whatever regarding their service.

Non-stop complaints of no cs for Cloudbet.
More than 24 hours and counting for a MLB bet to be graded. No response from support:

My feeling is that all bets in major markets should be graded within 15 minutes. Some leeway should be given on small markets and props.
Any other opinions on this from anyone?

in cloudbet I have few payments pending for ~6 hours, not that satisfying for a top BTC sportsbook... they don't have clear standards on auto/manual more like Nitrogen now.
There grading is excellent but they need to speed this up....
Directbet deserves an A in my opinion, fast, easy and great support although I had an unpleasant experience with a bet confimation odds recently but not their fault most likely.

The cloudbet thread consistently has people complaining of payments taking hours to days.
Also consistent complaints of waiting many days for a response from their cs.
A book taking some of the bigget bets (if not the biggest) on the net not being able to afford 24/7 live chat, or even enough cs people to be able to respond promptly, is disturbing.

Does not require an account. Easy to bet, decent amount of events to bet in, odds as good as the competition.
Also very good promotions, like the free tipsters competition they are running that is now in the second edition and with very decent prizes and an opportunity for everyone.

I received the pending payments, most likely it was just a human delay but they should staff up if they are short on people.
