PS - I hope Cloudbet (and all other btc books) succeed.
Cloudbet has very good odds, very high limits on some sports.

No cs and periodically slow pays are troubling though.

How many incidents do you need?
Look at the Cloudbet thread and read back a few pages - very consistent complaints.

I appreciate the apology but I do not see anything being done about the CS.  I personally gamble a lot and feel free to look at my account for proof.  I will not be gambling anymore using your site until something is drastically done.  Please let me know when this happens or don't that is up to you!

hey cloudbet no withdraws but its OK to deposit?  things that make me go hmmm....

Instant deposit and usage for sports; poker requires some minimal confirmation for usage - don't know how much.

My experience - Withdrawals for the last few months are taking 1-2 minutes, I think once or twice longer but always no longer than 10 minutes, perhaps no longer than 5 minutes.

There's a consistency to the poor cs complaints over a long period of time.

How fast are deposits and withdraws with nitrogensports? 

They keep saying they are on top of it but why not update members or reply to them via CS.  The response I got after 3 days is " we will take a look and get back to you"  That is not how you respond to someone when you have their money!

Would be nice if you or your team would fix the issues im a newly bettor on your site and seeing those makes me wanted to withdraw the btc i have to my account. Hope you dont end up a scam your site has awesome odds that ive never seen aside from your site

Books should:

1) Pay withdrawals within 15 minutes;

2) Grade major market bets within 15 minutes.



What about cs response time for places without live chat?

I'm also emailing with them now, couldn't even login anymore this morning. Since today (after 1.5 years of betting) my account is 'not activated' anymore. It's now under investigation.

Had another issue two weeks ago where they paid out a bet, but two days later removed those winnings claiming the odds where not according to marketstandards. According to their terms can make them undone. Even after payout. Cost me over 3BTC.

I have two days trying to withdraw and reach support. no response from cs in 2 days and no response or tweets on twitter in 4+days

What games did you play? if it is a small tournament or league, grading slow is normal, if it is big ones, slow grading may happen in rain delay, interrupt matches and so forth,

I bet US open tennis there, and all bets were graded within 5 minutes, so I am very happy with their speed, much better than other sites. But boxing may be slow, I bet some on mayweather VS berto, and it was graded after some hours

Even i was not the fans for cloudbet, but sometimes for not popular matchs and not popular team it will more times to booker to confirmed that match result.. So i think you just wait it more time, sometimes it need more than 12hours...
But you must ask they CS, because if i got any trouble when betting at directbet.eu they will respond it very fast that why i vote directbet here...

Is it related to the recent "malleability attack" on the bitcoin network or did you actually make two different transactions yourself?

I accidentally deposited the sane amount twice in cloudbet so now got to wait until they manually cancel one until I can withdraw.

At Cloudbet, the game I bet on ended like 4 hours ago and the status is still pending.

For cloudbet, I bet tennis there for over 10 times, the grading was very fast, they were all within 5 minutes, once I bet boxing there, grading was slow, it took a few hours, but that is OK. I withdrew 19.2btc from there, and got it in 1 hour, i don't think there are big problems if I withdraw big.

A few random comments off the top of my head:

DirectBet = I haven't used for awhile, but payouts of course are instant which is great, cs I agree with the other feedback that it's prompt and courteous.  
The owner was always fair with me and would respond quickly.

Cloudbet = Look at their thread. Seems like too many problems with speed of cs response and speed of payouts., sometimes speed of grading.


Nitrogen's payouts, at least for me, have gotten back to being excellent as far as speed. Usually 2-3 minutes, never more than 10 minutes.

Jetwin seemed to have instant payouts. Or at least very fast.

All books that offer MLB should allow the option of betting on listed pitchers rather than action.
But most btc books don't.
